So I landed and was down with 102 fever and they accomodated me with early check in. Once teh duty manager and teh team found out I was really sick they went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was comfortable. Priya was super helpful like super helpful. She evn packed my bags for me as I was feeling dizzy while moving. They sent someone to the airport also to amke sure I was comfortable. It was beyond amazing an unpleasant situtation became memorable. Ankit Priya and Piyush deserve recognition for their understanding.

I think they set a new standard in the realm of hospitality. There is nothing bad for me to say.

The ambiance is superb inside the hotel. Good is excellent. Order anything they serve the best food there

I didn't like the pool as it is placed wrongly in the hotel. The sun hits the pool directly almost the whole day. Very difficult to be in the pool. Also one staff at the check in time asked for payment which was already made. She should have checked her system before asking. Despite me booking a garden view room she put me in a different room. After asking she said that I have booked this room and not garden view. As I was tired entered the room got fresh and check my booking.com app it clearly says garden view. Then contacted the reception and they shifted me to the garden view room.

I like the ambious, the vibes of staying, pool activity, food, staff behaviour all is just awesome.. I feel so good We are planning to go out of city but on immediate planning it was not possible so I founded The Leela in booking.com and booked it, we feel so good there and now we feel we don't want to go out of station for peace or family time, just book our stay in Leela and have wonderful experience...

It was good but it can improve taste wise.. All local people may find it slightly less tasty especially local food... International food is good.. I must recommend Meghavi as PR person.. Excellent person and excellent communication skills.. She guided and helped us throughout ... Kudos to her.

They really need to revamp Swimming pool.. From base colour coat is chipping off and it floats in water. also filtration doesnt seem good.. Pls do something about pool.. Staff needs better mgmt.. there was no body at pool to take our order and even after giving order it came in like 1 hour !!

The ambience & the hospitality were wonderful, loved the quietness in the middle of the capital. Each employee was eager to help & make the guests comfortable with regards to Frontdesk / Restaurants / Housekeeping. Would definitely come back again.

Its nothing of such that I did not like, but I have a suggestion that a shed for car parking would have been nice in the parking lot in the ground.

Location and View from the Room

The staff at reception was very welcoming during checkin but during checkout I see lot of confusion in preparing my invoice , I need to talk to the front desk multiple times to sort things out , which was stressful since I need to catch my flight in middle of this

Breakfast was amazing location was superb

Room Cleaning could much be more better and there was no common facility like sports activity , common jacuzzi , indoor games if we are staying in this lavish property this kind of primary facility should be felicitated.

The location and the pool deck were excellent. I truely recommend this place.it is really worth to spend money.It meet to the expectations. The staffs and the services are excellent. Love the breakfast.

There should be a private romantic open place for us time to celebrate special occasion.
