The breakfast spread was really good. Dinner we usually skipped because we went out. The beach is not that close and uneventful but the the best part is they have a shuttle service going to the beach whenever anybody wants to visit. Also, they have their people at the beach for any needs.

I would suggest having more room for people to sit in because it really gets crowded and once I was doing some quick office work while waiting for my friend at one of the table, I was requested to sit somewhere else because there were people waiting in line. I have no complain about that but I really wished they had more space there.

Beautiful environment with every detail aesthetically pleasing and super comfortable. Awesome infinity pool for sunset swims overlooking the paddy fields.

They were not at all flexible around pricing and booking. Due to having a night flight to catch, I didn't actually spend the night and was only there for 7 hours. But still they insisted I pay the full price (inclusive of breakfast that I wasn't there to have) and were not open to offering any compensation for the fact that I was not able to spend the night. It was a wonderful way to spend my last 7 hours in Goa, but it would have been nice if they could offer some flexibility. Or at least a free cappuccino or cocktail or anything really.

Stayed for 5 nights with family. Excellent property! Hospitality was just amazing. Each and every staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Velecia and Hanlula reached out every morning and evening seeking feedback and asking if the stay is comfortable. Made us feel special. Vicky and Gautam from housekeeping for their unique deco. Thank you to the 2 ladies at the kids play area for the activities arranged for kids and keeping them occupied. A big and a special thanks to the staff at the pool, Ramchandra ji who was always on his toes and proactive; whenever we we wanted some assistance, he always helped.Kudos to Mangesh from the Bar. Excellent service from Manish from the restaurant along with others (Ambika, Darryl and many more). Special thanks to Amit, the Pastry Chef for his unique dessert offerings and every time coming up with a surprise to cheer up my daughter whenever she was not in a good mood and which saved our day ! The rooms were big, the pool was clean. Buggy service provided to the beach from the property. Amazing food. Overall, an extremely satisfying experience. 10 on 10 for all the parameters!

The professionalism, feel at home vibe & very pleasant stay with a free upgrade. The staff present at the reception and Manager on duty was courteous and outstanding with smiles and always potrayying postive vibes during the stay. Melroy (if Igot the name right) & the manager need to be recognised for their smart & professional approach and rewarded with recognition. I need to get a proof of this.

I believe you did very well to promote the brand....so a second visit planned very soon....TODAY. Try and present a welcome drink to customer even if for a inquiry. Its the few bits that would promote Alila Diva Nothing much to complain besides.

We were given a free upgrade to a Jr. Suite. The pool was always clean and so was the entire property. With MAXIMUM sounds of the mother nature to be heard. The breakfast was a Buffet all the days we stayed there, the dinner was A-La-Carte, with a very limited menu options. Hence we had to order 5-6 dishes for us, and sometimes the taste was not that good. But the Chef and the Serving staff made it sure for the taste and speed of service on next day onwards. The house keeping were just a call away for anything we needed. Yes of course they serve water in Glass Bottles thu helping mother nature. Hot water 24x7 in the bath. All the rooms with Bath tubs and standard bath accesories. The Ayurvedic (Indian) Spa service was the most relaxing after the pool. Also there was a Yoga session we attended. I will prefer if the frequency is increased to 3-4 times a week so the guest take the most advantage. The beach was hardly a KM walk, but the hotel provided a free buggy ride for pickup and drop. Though we didn't use it as we were having our own car. The beach is nearby and clean enough, with few water sports and shacks out there.

Nothing to be on the negative side. What ever my complaints or suggestions were, they were taken care of immediately and hence I hope that they will implement those soon and may the stay more enjoyable

Staff !! Entire time under the able leadership of Duty Manager, F&B Team at Vivo Restaurant, Edge Bar were simply outstanding. Great service, attention to guest requirements, friendly and did not say no for any requests !! Would surely return to this property just to be pampered by the excellent service.

Minor maintenance issues which were swiftly taken up and resolved by the duty manager.

We had bookedat Alila Diwa but got upgraded to the club room because of a wedding at Alila Goa. Appreciated as Club room was silent. Check in, check out, room, bathroom, housekeeping, ambience, food, restaurants esp Bistro were excellent. Staff was very welcoming, polite and always ready to help. Really enjoyed our stay. Will come back

Beach was not easily accessible. The shuttle to the beach was not comfortable.

Excellent facilities, very comfortable rooms, welcoming and kind team. The Spice Studio restaurant is a highlight, and had the privilege to attend a cooking lesson. The entire resort is a magical self contained, very well run haven. There is a car to drive the guests to the beach, however the pool was clean and much more pleasant.

I cannot think of a single negative point.

Beautiful setting, really great design of the hotel, good restaurants on site and other good restaurants within a short walk if you want some variety. Beach is nearby, beautiful and quiet, with sun loungers and beach shacks. Staff are abundant and very friendly. Pool and surroundings were lovely and very peaceful

Staff were amazing! Surroundings were stunning and vast. Food is reasonably priced for a 5star and delicious.

Room cleanliness can improve. There were marks here and there from previous guests Some items inside the room can be replaced/renovated I wasn’t happy about not being allowed to book my own taxi and had to go through the hotel. The price was a lot more than the regular taxis but the provided car was very basic and not comfortable.
