I loved the breakfast and dinner experience at Chutneys. The food was amazing and the staff were fabulous especially Twilo, Avinash, Terence, Farhan and everyone. I enjoyed the live entertainment every evening. Anne and her team took care of all the minor details. My flight arrived at 4.15 am and the hotel gave me an early check-in at no extra cost! Really appreciate that. The food at Mama Miso was great too. Had some unique and refreshing cocktails at Blue lagoon. Will be visiting this place again and again.

requested early check in and although I understand this cannot always be accommodated, I waited over 2 hrs to get my room and past the 2pm checkin time

The resort was well laid out, welcoming and well maintained. While perhaps a bit older than some of the more modern resorts it was exceptionally well maintained and was full of character. The staff were simply wonderful, nothing was too much for them and they made me and my family so incredibly welcome and looked after us brilliantly.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the place, if forced to make a comment I’d say the rooms were slightly dated, but that added to the character and didn’t detract from the overall experience at all.

Everything about this place is amazing! The service is excellent, they have a great activities program, the Indian food is delicious, pools were nice, beach was very relaxed and nearby. But most of all: the staff is the best! Special thanks to Abigail who carried our son almost the whole bird watching tour.

It’s a great place! Just a few points of feedback: - Sometimes all the pool beds were occupied. You need to “reserve” a bed early in the morning - The bakery part of the buffet was not very good - The place is not so wheelchair/pram-accessible. There are a few ramps, but also some stairs that don’t have ramps. We needed to carry the wheelchair up and down from the pool to the restaurant.

Great resort overall. Very helpful staff, great food, nice and clean. We especially enjoyed the food from Mama Miso restaurant. All minor defects in our room were promptly fixed. The pool is great, though it can be tricky to get and install an umbrella. The hotel is right next to the beach, but the beach itself was super empty.

The resort is in South Goa, quite far from the busier North. It's fine if you just want to chill at the hotel, but if you want to explore other places it can be quite a long ride. As for the service, it would be nice to have a little tour of the resort at check-in (to show all the amenities, schedule, entertainment options, etc.). It took us a couple of days to figure out how things work there.

We rested with our family for 4 days 09/02/2024-13/02/2024, booked 2 rooms, and were given 2 connecting rooms for 4 adults and 2 children. Super friendly staff! Everything was at the highest level and meeting our expectations and the level of the hotel. Friendly Ann (Annie or Anna, sorry for the wrong spelling) met us and made a check-in, showed and told us everything in detail. Then, Dwayne helped us with our questions during our accommodation. On the eve of the check-out, Lyndon helped us and made us check in for the plane and printed out our boarding passes. I also wanted to note the kindness of Ganesh, on the check-out day, we stayed in the room and made a delayed check-out until 14:00 with the usual check-out at 11:00 since our flight’s departure was at 18:00. In general, we liked everything very much and we had extremely positive impressions about Goa and our hotel. Thanks again to everyone at Heritage Village Resort & Spa Goa!

The property was nicely designed in the style of Portuguese villas and we felt warmly welcomed from arrival. The staff were brilliant and really went over and above to make our stay memorable. Our room had a large bed, tv, and balcony and was very comfortable. The hotel has a large pool and a number of restaurants and bars. It’s also situated around 200m from a very quiet and tranquil beach. The food was excellent throughout the stay, in particular in mama miso, and the hotel ran a number of activities to entertain guests. It was a brilliant stay that really was made extra special by the staff.

The gym is under renovation so it’s currently limited but I’m sure this will improve in the future.

Very well maintained, staff are exceptional and the beach is beautiful and peaceful! They have a cute auto rickshaw that shuttles you between the property and the beach. Food options are very nice within the hotel too and the pool is clean and has a nice pool bar with good bartenders. The staff go out of their way to make your stay outstanding. Highly recommend!

The unreasonable taxi situation is more prevalent in the south- especially around high end hotels like this one. The taxi guys are right outside the gate and are your single option. It doesn’t matter if you want to go a short 8 minute distance or 2 hours- they will charge you the same and you have no option but to take it or walk to the restaurant you want to visit a good 40min in the dark. The taxi price we paid was more than what I’ve paid in Munich or even New York for the same distance. It would be great if the hotel could negotiate a deal with these guys that they don’t have a mafia here but of course the hotel also benefits more if guests dine in house.

Fantastic hotel well run with excellent facilities and great reviews for a good reason. Our second time here and will be coming back. Very attentive staff, brilliant pool and swimmer are and the effort the staff go to to set up gala nights such as we had is truly something to behold. Five star that compares with anywhere in the world. Also a very nicely sized property which is not too rambling and massive like Mexico. All facilities are easily reached from your hotel room. The sushi bar is outstanding.

Additional beach shacks would have been a slight improvement, but this is not within the hotels control and the beach. In fairness I had excellent food and we were more than happy with it.

Take care of the taxi mafia infront of the hotel. Very rude people, who chased us after we did not accept their overpriced offer! Don’t let them frighten you. I hope they will soon be chased away themselves
