An ideal place to relax and chill in - the pretty ambience, the excellent service of the staff, the facilities were great! Special mention of Christina Roderigue, Rishikesh and Reen from F&B should be made - always ready to help with a cheerful smile and so polite.

Cons 1.The wifi service needs to be improved. Whether guests are relaxing or intending to do some work on the computer in perfect surroundings, they need a steady communication service. 2. The food was excellent but it would be nice if you offered pork dishes too - Goa is almost synonymous with pork vindaloo!

The place is nothing like anything else. Serene, special, aloof, private and worth every minute of relaxation.

There was nothing negative which I can Highlight. It really was a beautiful stay. The property is really very good and the staff is very humble in every way. I will surely recommend this place to families especially and if you wish to visit Goa in a friends' group, you should consider staying here atleast for 3 nights. Lesser than that will not do justice to your own soul.

Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The location is peaceful and the property is greatly maintained by the people of this resort. Food is amazing. Water in the swimming pool was clean and it was really great to swim. Mr. Rama takes good care of the pool as he cleans it everyday.

During my 4 nights stay, there was a power failure in the middle of the night on two occasions. It was suffocating and it disturbed the sleep as we couldn’t open the doors also because of mosquitoes. After around 15-20 minutes the electricity used to be restored . Rest everything was very good. No complaints.

Nice resort away from the noise of traffic. Good place to relax and enjoy some quiet time. They have nice pool and some fun activities you can do like table tennis, chess and some more things.

If you want to go to a minimarket or atm you have to walk a couple of km to get to town center where they have stores, atm and so on. Its not a big deal but it would be easy to just have a minimarket and atm at the hotel or atleast close by.

This is a wonderful resort. A delightfully peaceful and relaxing environment close to Old Goa. The staff and service were exceptional and the rooms just perfect. The food was delicious, the bar and restaurant wide ranging and well stocked. Definitely a place we will return to.

The breakfast while ok is geared to Indian tastes. The Western selection is ok nothing more (this is odd because the food from the restaurant includes excellent Western dishes.

I spent a wonderful time in this Mercure hotel. I had a lovely stay in this gorgeous place. The location is perfect: close to the old Goa and all the main monuments of the city. My room was clean and nicely decorated. Moreover, I enjoyed the stunning view on the Divar island. The staff is both professional and friendly. I had an amazing time thanks to their warm welcome. I felt like living at home. They organized everything for me. For sure, I will come back and I highly recommend this place.

It's a peaceful riverside resort just perfect now in the rains. You and car board a quaint ferry, take in the beautiful scenario and in a few minutes are on Divar. Resort has lovely villas with views of the river, a train passes nearby adding to the allure. Well kept gardens, a clean swimming pool to work up your appetite, good breakfast spread. The spa is great - my husband slept like a baby after the Ayurveda based massage. Mornings spent bird watching, a local fisherman getting a good catch before breakfast, a kingfisher doing the same. Dinner with the rain pattering outside.

The breakfast and the meals at the restaurant were very good. The swimming pool had a good depth of 5ft and was kept clean and they even extended the use for an additional hour upon request. The indoor games provided kept us busy, do give it a try. The room was spacious and the amenities provided were good. Our issues and matters with the room were handled immediately and promptly by the staff (including minor repair work). We loved Room 129 as it was the only one with the hand shower and it was the closest to the swimming pool, the restaurant and to the indoor area. The restaurant staff went out of the way to support us and even provided us with complimentary stuff (which we really did not expect to get) and they were always ready to assist whenever required. They even packed us goodies from the breakfast buffet so that we could enjoy it during the course of the day. We will definitely miss the food and the service.

The Wi-Fi could have been better and for business travelers it could be problematic. I had issues with cell phone network owing to the location of the resort. The a/c in the restaurant was quite high and it was pretty cold, we found it difficult to eat there, there were mosquitoes in the A/C restaurant that forced us to order in room service at the end.

The entire hotel was an amazing, calming experience for us. the hotel staff especially Sheena, Helen and Shri made our stay so much more magical and memorable. Since it was valentines day, we were well take care of and the staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. Thank you for the lovely memories and experience

The amiable staff is the best part. They take real good care of you (Front office staff - esp Sheena and Sandra if I got the name correct). Formerly a wellness center this was taken over by accord hotels a few years ago. nicely maintained.Away from the noise of the city this is a perfect getaway spot for those who like to spend time in tranquility. Explore the magical island and the purity of the nature.
