The resort has a beautiful view of the river. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We tried the buffet for all meals ie. breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was lot of variety on each day and the food was tasty. The entire dinning experience was topnotch. The resort has play areas, games, recreation activities which kept us entertained on the property. Any service we required was delivered promptly. On the whole we had a wonderful stay with the staff and food being the highlights which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Casino customer groups crowding the pool and breakfast areas on certain days made the family experience less enjoyable.

This was our 2nd trip to Goa in past 3 years and we chose stay again with DoubleTree by Hilton Goa at Panaji. And I'm glad we did! The experience was even better than the last time. We were happy to find so many good things from last time were still there - hygiene, service with smile, the breakfast spread, the excellent pool facilities! And to our surprise, so many new things were added - multiple activities for kids, a brand new recreation room to name a few. But nothing can top the warmth & care extended to us by everyone in the staff, especially by Mr. Tapojit, Mr. Bhushan, Mr. Pradeep, Ms. Rachel, Mr. Praveen, Mr. Nehal, Mr. Sooraj, Ms. Yogita & Mr. Zak. We literally felt pampered & spoilt for choices :). Thank You DoubleTree, you made our holiday so much special. We definitely look forward to visiting you again!

friendly staff. we came for wellness and enjoyed the pool and the fitness area. dinner was ok. very comfortable beds. nice view over the Mondavi river.

the breakfast is not prepared for Europeans. almost no cheese, only toast bread, only 2 types of juices. egg omelets take forever (20 min at least) breakfast looked like more as a lunch or dinner, for being HILTON it's very poor. the wifi i did not use cause they asked u 1000 questions before connection, so i used my dongle. At the reception, they wanted to charge me on 3 occasions more than i had to pay, but we worked it all out. just watch and double-check before u pay!!! The TV channels are often not available.

Good breakfast, Reception staff and Mrs. Kenny were fantastic at their job and polite and helpful.

The floor carpets in the passages are wornout, it requires a change. People going to and coming from the casino have to told to maintain silence whe they go back to their rooms. The quality of guest have to be controlled it spoils the image of the hotel and discourages the guest with family.

We had a great time at the hotel. our daughter is on the autism spectrum and she had an absolute blast staying the property with lots of engaging activities for her. Truly thankful to the entire staff to make her feel extremely comfortable while our stay, everything from special dietary requirements to expedited checkin/out and just general engagement of the entire team was brilliant. Special mention to Kunal, Kenny, kitchen team, room service team and the valet team, you guys rock ! Beautiful location, lots of engaging activities in the resort as well. We will be back soon !

I stayed in 3 different hotels whilst in Goa and this one was by far my favourite (2nd place was Novotel in Candolim and 3rd place was the Holiday Inn Candolim)! If you are travelling alone for any part of your stay, I would highly recommend this hotel due to the helpfulness / local knowledge of the staff who do everything they can to help you arrange things, organise safe transport to get you there and give suggestions on what to visit etc. This was an important aspect for me whilst i travelled part of India on my own (especially as my UK phone didn't work at all) and this particular hotel really excelled. All the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you - there were also little touches which made it special which were not in the other hotels and this really set them apart. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with an amazing view. One evening, I had the buffet and I thought there was a great choice and the food was delicious. I guess it depends on what time of the year you go however I found the pool to be quiet and relaxing - much more so than the other two hotels. Nithesh was so helpful and sweet and arranged my transport for me, also Sushean, Anand and the whole of the team were all so lovely - I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Great location on the banks of the Mandovi river. Fantastic food served at the all day dining restaurant, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. In hotel activities too are great for the family - pool table, Table Tennis, Foozball, basketball, soccer etc. Staff are excellent, courteous and caring. What more does one need? It is a home away from home. The only problem is the Front Desk .....they take a lot of time to pick up any call.

Front Desk is quite slow and does not ensure customer satisfaction. I was first told I will be given a 4th floor room and made to wait. After some delay at 3:30 pm, I was given a room on the 3rd floor.

We liked the staffs they were very kind and helpful. We felt safe and the food was very good. We had a great service by Abhishek who asked the kitchen chef to come out and tell us about the food so we didn’t get anything we didn’t like. The drivers connect to the hotel was also very good. We had a private driver for 8 hours - amazing, and a fair price for that.

Many taxes are added when you buy food, drinks and especially alcohol.

The hospitality and attentiveness of the staff here is amazing. We loved sitting by the pool and using the games room with our teenagers. The hotel was very accommodating with the excursions that we had booked and packed us an early breakfast and arranged transportation there and back. We wouldn't definitely stay here again.

At several times during our stay the pool got very busy with men who had come to the hotel for a conference. They were very loud, on their phones and generally rather annoying. We left the pool and went up to our room.

The staff were very helpful & warm . Kiran , dipesh & Ranjeet in the restaurant. Tanmay as the laundry boy & praveen who helped with the activities. The front desk staff was very helpful too.

1. The carpets in the passages need to be replaced. They are old & smell like used socks. 2. The blinds in the bathroom aren't fixed properly to give privacy . They leave a gap. Atleast in room 401.
