High quality hotel in Guntur offering good 5 star service
We had to complain to the manager regarding some issues and they were quite responsive but it would have been better if the room was not checked properly and the bathtub was leaking. Management response was quick and helpful but this could have been avoided.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in my life and quite a surprise for Guntur, which is a relatively small Indian city. Design and decoration was exquisite, the staff was exceedingly attentive and food was very good. I wish I would have to go back to Guntur for work only to stay in this hotel again.
There is nothing I didn't about this hotel!

Breakfast was very good, above all the staff was very good and friendly. Staff arranged a meeting with chef, who provided me with the recipes for chutneys .
The staff at pool and spa was not pleasant, while using pool one of the staff kept hovering around the pool. Which was not appropriate.

Well maintained, excellent service. Good menu for Lunch
Prices are bit expensive for the service. Booking.com shows the age limit for kids as 17 but the hotel called and said it was only 12 years. After that they had increased the room price by ₹1000.

Staff is very friendly, coffee and food was good, nice amenities and central location.
The staff would work late into the night, and were there first thing in the morning working. They seemed overworked and tired. Limited vegan options at the buffet.

Clean and nice rooms. Comfortable bed. Restful sleep. Staff were helpful - Tejasvika at the live counter and Srishti in the restaurant went out of their way. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if visiting Guntur.

If it is your first time in Guntur it is for far one of the most luxury and comfy hotel, the staff and food is what I most enjoyed.
There is no uber service, you have to choose the hotel transport which is not bad, but I like to have options.

Plz be quick at hospitality. Time will not wait. Would luv if less protocols n formality n rules n putting pressure on guests n their P.A n drivers or helpers. Plz provide space fro sleep n rest n shower rooms for drivers. Free extra bets as it costs nothing. It service jus at end of da day. Learn from Burj kalifa. They get any or ur wish as fast as possible.
I luv u guys. U rock. No complaints enjoy. Especially luv to all staff girls ladies n new recruits n owners.
