Great Breakfast and the restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is located within a gated community developed and operated by the nearby steel factory which makes it safe.

The location as advertised on the website and in the hotel name is a bit misleading. The hotel is not at all close to the main attractions at Hampi or even Hampi town. However it is the close enough to travel to the sights each day as long as you have a driver. The hotel is also located very close to a large steel factory and all the associated noise from trains and sirens is unrelenting. Very little else to do or restaurant options near the hotel.

The staff, including the Manager, was excellent and they went out of the way to make the stay comfortable, especially during the 52nd week. Dinner Service and Food at the restaurant was excellent. We had a-la-carte and Indian as well as Continental were all well cooked!

Serving time during the Dinner. However, the pleasantness of the staff and the food taste were worth the wait! I must add, we experienced delay on the first day and the staff ensured we never had similar delay on the remaining days!

Excellent location within the Vidyanagar area.Kaladhama (Artists Village) , sprawling lawns tree-lined avenues included. Property could do with Ornamental or Flowering plants in the entrance. Nice Reception,Bar & Restaurant.Basic Spa,gym,Games room & reasonably sized swimming pool.Good food friendly, attentive staff good masseurs.Nice Estate but could do with better walking paths. Cleanliness could be a bit better.Hampi is 36 kms away and takes over an hour,but at least the first part of the drive is picturesque.

Drab entrance.Slippery, treacherous corridors unprotected from rain, Property Verandahs were ravaged by rain.Goods train runs close by & hoots through the night.

If you are planning to visit Hampi, then I'd recommend staying at Hyatt (though Hampi is a 45 minutes drive form the hotel, it's worth it) The location of the hotel is in the midst of lush greenery (beautiful scenery). We had booked for four nights, we had earlier booked a deluxe room but got an upgrade with minimal charges to the Large King room with Plunge pool and that was amazing. The rooms were much bigger and the private pool was a different and wonderful experience all together. The next best thing was the Gala night for the New Year's eve - they had called in a dance troop who performed so well and helped us dance along with them. A Fab way to welcome 2023, we loved it :) And, finally the service. I would like to rate them all a 5 out of 5, starting from the reception, to the restaurant and house keeping, all were great.

We didn't like the breakfast, it's not about the spread, it's about the quality and taste. They need to probably train the team or change the entire team. But the in-room dining food was good.

Staff was cool. Food was great in breakfast. Room stay was joyful.

Dinner option was not available while booking the room online. After arrival at facility, I asked to include dinner for my family & charge extra accordingly, but this option was denied by the staff. They asked me to go for a in room menu for dinner. Suggestion: 1] Please add dinner option for online hotel room booking 2] Please add more food items in menu

The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Buffet breakfast was enjoyed by the entire family. The service staff were very friendly and helpful. Good recreation room for kids, TV had a good selection of channels. The property is located in JSW Vidyanagar township, and there are recreation and food options in the township as well.

The property is a good 45min drive from Hampi. This is a big negative if the main purpose of visit is to tour Hampi. Room sizes are small, suited for the business traveler, but not so much for families with kids. The water from the bathroom at times flowed outside into the room, which seems to be a problem highlighted by others too. Lawn and play area were slushy, probably due to rains, but seemed to lack drainage.

The best part was the hospitality shown by the staff specially Mr. Shubham in the restaurant. He took such good care of our needs in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner. He was quite caring and made us feel very comfortable. He would greet us always with a warm smile which is very important in Hospitality business. Besides, the room sizes were good except the common wall between the bedroom and the bathroom had some dampness which was an eyesore if you pay attention to it. I would have ignored it if it was some other hotel but since it’s Hyatt I think they should address it asap. Although the hotel was an hour drive from Hampi, I didn’t mind driving because the route was nice and easy and if one is travelling from Bangalore or Chitradurga area, it’s quite scenic. The road meanders around through the hillocks and along the river. Some parts of the route is quite beautiful so I didn’t mind the location. The property is within Jindal Township so it’s quite green but due to the heavy vehicle plying around carrying iron ore excavated close by, the roads have turned reddish . There is a small museum called Kaladham developed by JSW and it’s a beautiful place one must visit. It’s a small museum showcasing the rich heritage of Hampi through photographs and drawings. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

the property is located off hampi and is located in JSW colony. the drive from highway to the property is very scenic with hills ,river , bridge, railway track, sunflower fields giving a rustic feel of a rural setup which city dwellers esp. our kids would surely enjoy. the property is decent and has all amenities like a spa, recreation room, pool etc.but the highlight of the property is the greenery surrounding it which feels meditative and relaxing

our wing did not have a lift though that is not a major negative point. the food prices are exorbitant in ‘gallery’, the restaurant near the reception.however tourists can opt for a nearby eatery called ‘converter’ which is owned and managed by JSW and offers a delectable spread at 260 Rs of unlimited buffet. for smokers please carry your inventory as smoking is banned inside the JSW township and you might not find a shop nearby.

Property is located at jsw township which has lot of places nearby to see - including manmase lake, panchvati temple and Kaladham museum. There is small commercial center as well. Area is lush green and you can go cycling taking a bike from hotel for free. Rooms were clean and facilities were good. Staff was very courteous and helpful

The Staff at Hyatt Place Hampi were extremely courteous and welcoming and helped us in every way possible. Special shoutout to Mr.Chetan who made some really nice cocktails and was very thoughtful with his service. Great job Chetan keep it going. Ms.Rakshita also was of great help in arranging the room for my anniversary celebrations ,kudos on that. All in all highly.recommended property and great experience.
