The hotel is currently being refurbished. Our suite on the 4th floor was really good. Everything was new and top quality and the control systems in the room were something else. The pool was good, as was the restaurant. They have a bar and you can get beer or wine in the restaurant. There is also a nice garden in the centre of the newer building. It was really good value for money. Some areas are still being worked on and I am pleased we didn't have one of the older rooms. Fortunately the work did not affect us in any way. As for location, you are in the town which doesn't have much to offer, but you are close to Hampi.

The Malligi hotel was a completely luxury experience and is easily the nicest property we have stayed at in India. The design of the hotel is beautiful with scenic gardens and design. We ate at two of the restaurants on site and both were excellent with lovely food at very reasonable prices. The room was huge with comfy beds and a large tv with hundreds of channels. The shower constantly had hot water and the bathroom came with a large selection of toiletries included. Easy access to Hampi from her as well. Breakfast buffet every day with lots of selection. Nice swimming pool available as well. Very helpful and friendly staff always on hand to assist. For the price we paid this is up there with hotels anywhwere in the world.

Our room was in the newly constructed block and hence had the latest gadgets related to home automation. The room was spacious, clean, and was stocked with drinking water. The room was cleaned and fresh linen were provided everyday The breakfast spread is South Indian. For lunch and dinner, pan-India cuisine was served. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. The entire staff were polite and courteous. Mani, from the front desk, deserves a special mention. The hotel also has a travel desk in its premises and they helped us in arranging cabs for sight seeing trips to Hampi and Badami.

The suite rooms were spacious and comfy. The property is close to the main attractions in Hampi. The food at both restaurants was good. Had dinner at Blue Mist one night and enjoyed the South Indian food.

Had an issue with the AC one night, though it was resolved the next day upon complaining. The service at Temptations restaurant could’ve been better. They need a strong floor manager to ensure that the servers are providing timely service and taking good care of the guests. A Bengali guy (can’t recall his name) took care of us when we were getting frustrated. The breakfast buffet was good, but they served the same spread every day. I stayed for 3 days, and it would’ve been good to see some variety.

The rooms were majestic and huge in sige with a huge 3 seater sofa set and a recliner. They had thought about everything to make the guests as comfortable as possible. We felt pampered and grateful. On the Diwali, we were feeling a trifle homesick, but the management invited us for a Puja which cheered us up. Every staff was very courteous and nice. They went beyond their way to make my Autistic son relax.

The Temptation Resturant is understaffed. Though, I have nothing to complain about. They looked hagared.

Good location to get buses and trains for our journeys to Badami and onto Goa. Staff were very helpful especially the entrance staff who managed to get my tut tut driver to return with my bag I left on the back seat even though I just grabbed the tut tut at the train station. Very helpful staff and lovely honest tut tut driver

Hosapete is a very busy town with lots of noise that can be a bit overwhelming if you are trying to walk aroun to places. It was however quiet and peasful at the hotel. We paid a reduced price for our room because it was going to be upgraded but although dated it was still clean and comfortable with air conditioning

This is exceptionally good property. Staff is very cooperative and always ready to full the demand with a smile. During the stay we had several interactions with Madam UMA, Mr Mani and MR Mpudeen. All of them resolved the issue in very professional manner. But this is an old property and hence facilities have gone bad. Bu it is very cost effective. We tried other hotels also but those are very expensive compared to this hotel. Needs a renovation. Centrally located, ample parking and very good choice of food. The restaurant BLu mist is pure veg and serves all types of food. Over all very good.

old hotel. one has to run water tap for 3 minutes to get hot water, wastage of water and also not comfortable. Needs upgradation of certain facilities immediately. But then it will become costly.

The rooms was auto-upgraded to a higher category. This was a happy experience. There are ample parking place that makes it easy to park the car and loading/unload luggage.

Lot of mosquitos all around the hotel. Though the hotel trying its best to control it, still the problem is at high. This should be controlled at the source (mosquito egg level). Finding the places where the mosquitos lay egg and take actions (such as removing/cleaning stagnant water etc.)

Prime location and is nearby several restaurants and just 20 mins to major attractions. Service is also good. Free breakfast with wide spread items which was good.

We chose luxury room which was good and clean but the only issue was that the fittings and fixtures especially in the bathroom was too old. Very old and stained tea cups provided in the room. I think it's high time they renovated the rooms & bathrooms with new fittings, fixtures and furniture.

We were upgraded to Superior room from Delux AC Room We were the first customer for the hotel with Electric Car. They provided us 15 AMP point in parking area to charge our Car!!!!! Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.
