This property has good location , it’s like mini resort in Hyderabad, good place if you planning to stay in hotel and enjoy the facility , for shopping and local amenities you will need to travel Hassan at the gym great personal trainer Amit at the reception very helpful Saurabh and his team at the restaurant is outstanding Dosa chef in the restaurant is great guy can make tailor made dosa

Overall cleaning of the hotel Most area needs more updating Dirty water coming from the tap Breakfast can be much better with the choices Bed linen can be better Staff is still wearing mask I believe it’s due to safety issue

The level of attention and service from the staff have taken me by surprise. They rival some of the best I've encountered in my many travels. I love it when staff remembers my specific type of beverage after just one session.

If anything, the check-in staff could do better by providing a brief introduction of the layout of the hotel as it is more of a campus than a vertical building.

I loved the views, the cleanliness, staff and the surroundings. My single issue I should have inquired about perhaps was that without inserting the key the A/C did not turn on. If I insert the key, the lights stay on. This was a problem during the night. I didn’t go around the room looking for switches to turn off not A/C to turn on.

There was not a single thing to dislike

The room with the balcony was very special. Particularly in the morning times to just sit and have a digital detox.

The balcony was very dirty. Also, lot of mosquitoes. It would have been great if they put a net around the balcony borders. Making it possible to sit outside during evenings and night time. Also opens up the possibility of keeping the doors open at all time. Every time we opened the door. Many mosquitoes flew into the room and getting a good sleep was hard. Hope the team implements this solution

Breakfast and the way they invited was awesome. I was bit nervous when choose to stay in this hotel because I going to stay with my 2 childrens whose age is lessthan 7 years. But all my worries gone with in oneday stay. I would like to choose this hotel in my future trips. I hope you can understand now how much I liked it.

I would like to have few cool drinks via minibar. That's not there so bit disappointed.

when I order the transport on it wasn’t allowed by the security at the gate. He should have contacted the reception as they arranged for the Über and it’s been cancelled four times and at last I had to complained to the reception. I was late for my business meeting due to this. I hope management will look into this matter soon and rectify the issue.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Ms Jopo and Mr Murali at the restaurant were extremely hospitable and it was a pleasure to have such a warm team to interact with. Service was very efficient even for in-room dining. Both check in and check out were handled well. While we didn't use the facilities much since we were out most of the day, the room was comfortable and well maintained. Thank you team Regards Meenakshi

Pet friendly stay with wonderful welcoming staff. There is no such place like this in Hyderabad if you're planning a stay-cation with your pet. Loved the place, it has a great big lawn & walking/jogging track to take a walk & enjoy the wilderness. Thanks for everything. Our pet Logan loved it.. and we look forward to visit again very soon. 😊

Reception Night shift Mohan was really helpful and Buffet Restaurant Nishan and Ajith was great helpful ,and chef Nikhil was excellent when we started breakfast in the morning 6:30 there is no Service staff chef Nikhil and team i mean all the chefs was very helpful . and Misses maze bar men Kiran also very helpful superb team and also maintanace manager prbhakar also helpful when i lossed the way he was such a Gentelman really great guy
