Raddisson Blu plaza needs new interiors especially rooms

The room was comfortable; the breakfast buffet was amazing; room-service menu was great. The staff were very friendly, attentive and responsive. The pool and fitness centre, along with the business center are well appointed.

The aircon in the room was average. We needed an upright fan brought to the room to help cool. If you don't mind a warmer temperature, it would be fine. The refrigerator in the room didn't get cold. We had it swapped, but it really didn't work very well either. I think that if both the airconditioner and the bar fridge were turned on before we arrived it might have helped. But the room was HOT when we were given access. Despite this, the staff were great.

The Checkin experience was great !! I wanted an early check-in due to an early flight and it was accommodated for a fee. We were also offered an upgrade to a higher room at a very nominal price which was great !! Rooms were spacious and we got one with 2 beds. The couch and lounge-type chair + table chair was all very good. Bathroom was spacious with a bathtub and also a stand in shower which was good. Breakfast had a very lavish spread. 3 types of idlies, 3 types of upma/poha/pongal 2 types of vada/bonda, Hot Counter that made all types of dosas, pooris, paratha, omelletes, french toasts, waffles, etc. A good collection of fresh fruits, bread, bun and pastries were also there. There were at least 2 desserts daily. There was a fresh juice counter with citrus juice offerings apart from jugs with milkshake,cold coffee and other juices. There was a cart serving fresh irani tea and filter coffee. Overall amazing breakfast spread. The staff were very courteous and helpful. All in room orders were on time and our request for extra plates and silverware were promptly taken care. Being Christmas weekend, hotel was very busy but stills service was outstanding. Credit to the team working there.

1. The two beds could have been a bit bigger. 2. The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

The location is in a quiet premium residential locality very close to Hi Tech city. There is no sound from the road or neighbourhood. There is a nice garden adjoining the hotel. Safe to travel back even at 10.30 pm at night Better and nice option than booking concrete business hotels with no greenery. Safe for women business travellers Breakfast has a variety of options including Indian and Asian food. It also has European cuisines. It is within 1400 INR including taxes. You can sit in an open deck to enjoy breakfast rather than sitting inside the air conditioned restaurant. The Irani tea counter during breakfast is also very authentic. The lobby has natural light and the hotel has a cloak room.

Some room views are internal and open to lobby..this impedes privacy. Avoid taking room in smoking zone rooms.

It is a beautiful location and the staff, including the valet staff are all amazing. I had a very bad experience with an Ola driver and your staff tried to make it better for me!

The gift shop people make it a nightmare to stay at your hotel. I went in there just to look at jewelry but it was too expensive for what I wanted. Sadly, every time I walked to the elevator to go to my room or come down the sales guy approached me to try and make a deal no matter how many times I told him no. That became a huge stress for me. Please sort it out to avoid that happening to your other guests too!

We thought it was more of a business hotel and were surprised to see how family friendly it was. Breakfast was included in our stay and the choices were widespread with a great selection of Indian, Asian and Continental choices. The desserts were very tasty. We also had lunch which a semi-tiffin style which we had not seen before. Again the options and the tastes were great. The Holy Basil restaurant serving pan-Asian food was simply superb. During our 4-day stay, we ate pretty much all the meals either at the buffet or holy Basil restaurants. The lobby decor was stunning. With a high ceiling, a buddha statue and a water feature it was classy and calming. When we visit Hyderabad again, we would love to stay here again. We have highly recommended this hotel to family and friends.

The access roads to the hotel were through narrow, bumpy lanes, not in keeping with the hotel itself. In the grand scheme, this is a small negative.

It's quite rare to change a negative experience to a positive one ! With that said , I initially had a rough check-in due to a surge and had given up entirely on their customer services at that point! But little did I know the manager out there, Mr. Wang was not only able to make my check in faster, but he did offer me an upgrade as a sorry gesture for the delay ! The room was enormous, and services were greatly offered. Ring away was the assistance staff and were also prompt and kind. The Washroom and bathroom are spacious and have their own vibe with the bathtub for that extra chill after having a long day! The housekeeping team is not too bad . The team genuinely takes serious care on the cleaning & dusting part and makes your bed tidy enough to roll over 😅! Just I didn't like the part where they don't use bin covers or change the shower towels on a regular basis But that's still little to be bothered about. The atmosphere at the lobby area was not only vibrant but also ecstatic . I loved the feel of the water drizzle at the side of the cafe while sipping my latte in the evenings. Staff is humble kind and quite passionate about what they do ,they go a step ahead to provide that extra assistance to customer. With very few people at reception and many people on waiting, they still managed multi-tasking! Kudos 👏 to Manager Wang his excellent on what his doing he manages it all and best way possible. Tip:Reaching him could be time-saving for any issues in case needed About the location : perfect spot to explore the authentic of the city surrounded with quite delightful restaurants that happens to be one of most popular food places and you'll have just 50metre away a gvk mall in case you plan for shopping . Center point for all the tourists' views, including the historic charminar .

House keeping lacking in changing bin covers and shower towels.

Spacious clean and cozy rooms, great staff, very good breakfast and nice location of the hotel. Very good room service.

Staff was extremely courteous and always happy to help . The Hotel location though was bit inside residential area with narrow lanes , but once inside the hotel the ambience and hospitality was excellent. I travel 15 days minimum in a month and have stayed in every 5 star hotel across India and this one was one of my best experiences. Breakfast was superb with great options. Mt Vinay Raj the Duty manager is an amazing person and very caring . he made us feel so comfortable in the 3 days we stayed here . I look forward staying here every time in visit Hyderabad

Everything was excellent . overall superb place for business or pleasure trip . With such hospitable staff i am sure no one can complain. Absolutely no complaints . we were given one of the best hospitality ever

It was a very large room, much bigger than I was expecting when we first arrived. We were quite surprised and very please about the size of it. Also the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, which was great after a long day of travelling.

The bathroom tended to flood with water when using the shower. I'm not sure if there was a gap in the door or not, but most of the floor was covered with water by the time I had completed my shower.
