Very Hygenic and clean restaurant. Although the spread was limited i must state the the quality of food was excellent. Very Tasty food. Me and family thoroughly enjoyed the Breakfast. The restaurant staffs were extremely courteous. In fact the spread was pretty good enough for a decent morning breakfast. We also has lunch and food was too good. Though a bit costly. rating 10/10 The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Absolutely Marvelous location. KPHB metro is just 5 minutes walk. Easy and quick access to cabs and autorickaws. Airport liner bus stop is just 1 km away from this property. Hotel is located bang on the main road. Clean well maintained spacious rooms. Very clean washrooms. The rooms are noise insulated. so no noise disturbance at all. Very quiet hotel. Absolutely safe for stay with family I must specifically state here the warm reception that i received from the front office Manager. Mr Shiva is such a down to earth gentlemen and extremly courteous and helpful Honestly when i walked into this hotel first time i thought i made a wrong choice. Beacuse its a small entrance to the hotel. The front office is also a small area. Its only after i got into the hotel I realised its as a lovely choice Overall it was a memorable stay at Zibe GRT. The Hotel entrance is small but it easy to see and locate by Uber. Room is clean, big for 1 person and enough for 2. There is cabinet that you can put clothes. A luggage rack/wooden bench infront of the bathroom. A lot of electric outlet but make sure to have the India standard socket/plugs but they have the same socket we have here in Saudi. Whole body Mirror✅ and Vanity mirror. Bathroom is spacious with free basic toiletries but please make sure the toilet bowl is clean and white😁. Room service is 💯. Staff are accomodating and nice, especially the one in the front desk during my check-in at 10am, you are excellent but I forgot your name. He let me check-in early and let from room service to give me complimentary breakfast at my room. He calls me to check if everythings okey. I appreciate that. Always do excellent job Mr. Near Manjeera trinity corporate building if you are taking exam.

You can here people talking outside the hallway but its okey not all the times like that. Please make sure toilet bowl is clean and white.

STAFF-The Service of the staff are very excellent. To Asish (Receptionist) and Riva (Restaurant Manager) and to the rest of the team thank you all so much for being so nice to us and for extending your help whenever we have queries.. Food-We prefer the food in your hotel because the preparation is clean and enticing. ROOM AND Facility-excellent room very clean. LOCATION- Very accessible in Pearson Vue, if you want to take NCLEX. OVER ALL THE HOTEL IS 2 STAR BUT THEIR SERVICE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND 5 Star HOTEL . WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY IN ZIBE BY GRT HOTEL. IT IS ALSO CHILD FRIENDLY HOTEL BECAUSE THEY HAVE FOOD THAT IS NOT SPICY. I came to India Hyderabad with my husband to take an exam which was 5 minutes away from the hotel to the test center. The hotel staff were all accommodating, Mr. receptionist (forgot his name) and especially Mr. Assish. He's very nice and friendly. He helped us during our stay, he even negotiated with the toktok and taxi going back to the airport 😀. The room also is nice and clean with the glass shower room. Lastly, I like the bed and the pillow it's very soft and comfortable. For a Filipino traveler, if your looking for a Filipino food. No Filipino food nearby. It's like 40 minutes away from the hotel. But you can go to Nexus mall 5-6 minutes away for some fast food or order online with the help of Mr Assish. They also have hotel menu to choose if you like. And if your into spicy foods, there are many Indian restaurants around the hotel.

I liked everything staff, facilities and breakfast. I was there with my wife and 2 kids. We felt like home. Staffs were asking about their services and comfort everytime we met. We ordered food from outside and when reception guy saw that and told us that sir we will bring you the cutleries to your room. I mean who does that. One thing is fixed now on if we are landing in Hyderabad then will visit ZIBE. THANK YOU TEAM.

The Breakfast is ok. limited spread but good taste, Good chef. Location is OK as it is on main road so some extra noise on common areas.

Restaurant menu, the rates are exorbitantly high. In my opinion the rates are above than any of the branded 4/5star hotel. Like 3 phulka(40Gm each) - Rs.200++. Similarly no non Veg dish is for less than Rs.400++. So not good choice for business or work travelers.

The staffs were very kind, polite, helpful and accommodating especially Mr. Siva Prasad, Mr. Asish Kumar, Mr. Mohan and the other one (I forgot the name) in the reception who booked us with the Toktok on the exam day. The room was clean, neat and had a good supply of water. They were changing our linens everyday and to our surpise, there was one day that they changed our mattress, too. It was a good stay for those who would take their exam in the Pearson Vue Center as it was 3 minute away.

Receptionist is pleasant and informations are well said. Helpful and even asked client's needs. Room is nice,clean and cool. Place is near to other shops,restaurants and transportation. Food is also great.

Noise at the hallway in the morning when we were still asleep. Other than that, everything is acceptable and pleasing. Also, no insects noticed, bathroom is clean and neat.

The staff were all friendly,helpful and accommodating most especially Asish from the front desk.They will try to get what you need at the moment and will really genuinely help you for everything.Very organized and clean room as well as courteous staff member.I highly recommended this hotel for those who want a better and stress-free experience in Hyderabad.

Surrounding area is too noisee, pollution and too much traffic. Not good to take a stroll in the evening. Room didn't have proper window to see outside. Restaurant could have option of veg and non veg mini meals for solo traveller
