Everything about the property is excellent and staff exceptional - every single one of them. The musicians were special and the front staff like Aryan, Pranav were very engaging and helpful. The people in the restaurant were also very nice, and special mention to Vivek. The golf cart drivers were also prompt and cheerful and gave us namastes with a smile every time they passed. To sum up, this is Devi Ratn showing attention to detail and demonstrating class.

A point to improve is the cab service. The hotel offers half day or full day cab package, but the moment you are in the cab, the drivers are activating all tie ups with guides and stores. Once we are at the destination we felt a strong push to visit places and shops where they may be getting a commission. I felt that everyone was aware of it and the guys did not stop short of making these calls even when we knew what they were up to! For example; for the last day when the drivers knew that we just wanted to visit Bapu bazaar and go to station; they were absolutely uninterested in us and showed such restlessness and tried to take us somewhere else even though we had a connection to catch! It’s not OK and the hotel travel desk should take care a bit more.

Both my wife and I are busy doctors, so this stay provided much-needed relaxation for our family. The food at the resort was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. The blend of luxury and personal touch made our stay truly special. We want to extend our special thanks to the young lady at the oriental restaurant and Mr. Vikram at the swimming pool, who took excellent care of our kids and made our experience even more enjoyable. The children's cot could be improved as it is currently made of solid wood without padding, thus could injure a small child. The hotel also has a creche where children can be cared for. The hotel’s dining options were fantastic, catering to all tastes and preferences. The staff was always ready to accommodate special requests for our child. The chefs were more than happy to make something we requested for our daughter. The desserts could do with improvement. In conclusion, Devi Ratn is a perfect choice for families seeking a luxurious and child-friendly getaway. Lovely stay, would like to thank the GM Mr Santosh Shetty and Ms Sriesthi Gupta for making all the arrangements to help us make this trip memorable. The rooms were lovely and super clean. Special mention to Mr Farhan at the front desk and Mr Raj Verma for repeatedly taking care of all our needs. I would like to thank all the housekeeping and FNB staff namely Saurabh, Ayush, Nikhil, Pintu, Naresh and Kushagra for serving us food and going out of the way to take care of all FNB needs. The setting and aesthetic are very unique, and it was nice to have a break from the hubbub of the city. The room was very comfortable, the service good and the food tasty. We also enjoyed the pool.

We booked half board, but at no point were informed which restaurants we were/were not allowed to eat in. So, when we checked out they presented us with a bill for eating in the "wrong" restaurant. This was frustrating as no one had told us that we could only eat at Vyom. They did cancel the bill when I explained this, but it felt quite accusatory and somewhat tainted our stay. We also found hair in almost every dish we ate at Vyom (breakfast and dinner), which isn't what one expects from a 5* hotel.

Excellent food, there was a lot of variety (our favourite Akrot Halwa!) over the period of our stay. good selection of local food such as Dal bati churma as well as continental variety. High Tea in the evening was a great idea along with the folk dance, puppet show, pottery making etc. Big, spacious room for family of 4. The golf carts were available at any time of the day to travel to the main reception and other facilities. Live music in one of the dining restaurants was another highlight, the singing team was enthusiastic and responsive to your suggestions on songs! Courteous staff, excellent service great stay overall and strongly recommended

While the facilities are excellent and surrounding is beautiful, it means the location is bit away from the main city. So you need to plan your journeys in advance.

The only thing I still can't fathom is that i requested for a GST invoice which hasn't come through in 5 days. I stayed 13-15 aug and I was told at check out that the GST invoice will be emailed by evening..... nothing came thru...called 2 days later to be told there was some technical issue and GST invoice will be emailed when it's sorted out...with no timelines. I can't believe a Tak property to be unable to fix this in 6 days!!! I hope this is taken note and not let this take the shine off an otherwise great stay.

Breakfast was really nice. Overall its a calm property and glad to know its accepting the pets.

to be honest Dinner wasnt great. i was craving the dal baati churma and was disappointed. Jaipur has great rajasthani food and to not live up to expectations of dal bati was sad. Also the rates for pets per night is high considering there are no beds no sep arrangement for them. If i have to share my room with them and pay extra for their food, why should lodging be charged?

Wow. This place is spectacular. 5 stars all the way. It’s really more like a resort hotel. The rooms were huge, beautiful decorated with very large bathrooms. We stayed in a suit with a private balcony. Gorgeous room. Everything is high end and immaculate. The service is spectacular. We let them know we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. When we got to our room there was a delicious cake for us and our bed was decorated in flowers. We took the breakfast and dinner buffet included. The food is really varied and very good. We have stayed in many resort hotels in different places in the world. This one is probably one of the best we’ve stayed at. I can’t say enough about this wonderful hotel. I wish we could have stayed a little longer.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing to consider is that it’s a little far from main Jaipur. But it’s worth the additional 20 minute drive. It’s an oasis of peace, tranquility and beautiful nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You will feel renewed during your stay.

The breakfast at Vyom was fantastic, offering a wide variety. The staff was consistently helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself was impressive, well-maintained, and had a modern appeal. I want to give a shout-out to Arun Kumar at the Oriental Pavilion restaurant for making our first night enjoyable, and to Vivek at Vyom for going the extra mile to organize vegan meals and chai for my sister. Vivek also gave us great recommendations for exploring Jaipur. Kudos to Farhan at the front desk for a friendly send-off and helpful suggestions for alternative accommodations in Udaipur when our plans changed last minute. We genuinely wished we could have extended our stay – we'll definitely be back!

The beds didn't quite meet our comfort expectations, and we found them somewhat lacking. Additionally, the location posed some challenges when traveling to and from Jaipur, particularly due to the main long road that presented difficulties at times.
