breakfast was wonderful. very quick and prompt service. The tea in kullhar was a good touch for tea lovers. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful (wears spectacles, sorry couldn't remember the name). He even escorted us all the way to the 7th floor through stairs as we avoid using lifts. soft touches in the room were great like hand sanitizer wipes, extra towels, wonderful bathroom amenities,

Morning bakeries can be improved at the breakfast buffet. The coffee at the lounge was bad. the milk had curdled when we made coffee for ourselves. had to catch a server who was passing by to check the milk and then it took almost 20-25 min to get a cappuccino. Tv was not working, may be data connection or the remote had some issue.

Without doubt one of my favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Jaipur!! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff and supporting staff. The staff was extremely friendly and very polite, the restaurant very flexible and restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. we really had a great time. we were guided and hosted by Mr. VINOD, Mr. AKASH & Mr. UZAIF they all were such a warm personality and highly motivated and dedicated guide (highly recommendable). Note: This property is 4/5 star rated but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect for the entire supporting staff who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!!

Everything was so perfect and well assembled that its hard to find or point out even a single mistake or fault.

Exceptional attitude of all staff especially front end and dining room

Lot of commotion outside the rooms at night after 10. It is understandable that there was a marriage reception on and lot of guests were booked in, but there shud have been someone limiting the noise atleast after 10 PM as the whole hotel was not booked for the Marriage party and there were other guests in the hotel.

Food service was the best. I loved the experience of swimming pool, gym, room service and overall stay. I had an amazing time there. Not to forget about the warm welcome received at Eatery by Riya who used to host us into the food area. We loved talking to her as she was very nice and sweet person to talk to. Food preparation was amazing with the chefs very well groomed, talented and prepared tasty food which cannot be forgotten.

Initially at the time of check-in, we were offered smoking room whereas we told about non-smoking room , so this service could have been better as we had to switch room again.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. I had a wonderful experience at the four points by sheraton, Jaipur. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again (entire staff) for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Everything was perfect.

It was a really good stay and Akansha was really helpful by providing necessary needs .

The room in which we stayed 1st didnt have amenties and house keeping wasnt done right as there was no dental kit and other kits but they had provided it when we asked for it.But the 2nd room to which they shifted us was perfect.

Breakfast was very good and value for the money . You could add some nuts also with the breakfast. Staff , especially Receptionist Mis. Rithika and manager Mr. Vinod was extremely helpful during our complete stay . They helped us with all possible way during the stay. The management has given special attention to the guests. I didn't feel the scarcity of water when we compare with the other hotels and value for money is 100%.

Steam room was small by size. But when we compare the other facilities , it is not a big issue.

We liked the facilities and breakfast. Staff were very helpful, especially Akanksha Sharma, who efficiently handled the check-in.

The property appears to be slightly outdated and requires renovation. Foldable ironing board didn't unfold to a flat position.

Rooms were nice and spacious and I especially liked the way the ironing facilities were incorporated in the room. Enjoyed the welcome chocolates in the room as well. It's a small thing, but most hotels miss it. And yes, a very hospitable staff.

The room surprisingly had only a single master switch for all the lights. I genuinely could not find all the individual switches if there were any. Other than that great value for money.

The rooms are large and clean. Cozy bed and pillows. The most important is the Food - it’s true mouth watering. The CHEF and entire restaurant staff are courteous and welcomes you with a smile. The food quality is superb and I can say that its like a homely cooked food. The taste is great with variety of dishes. Thumbs up to entire CHEF team.

The smoking alarm is not working and few people were definitely smoking into their rooms since the smell is coming into our rooms during entire stay. This needs to be taken care and must have strictly non- smoking rule. Also, room was not changed to avoid this. I have really dis-appointed by their approach.
