The staff were so helpful and friendly especially Pooja, they couldn’t do enough to help us during our stay. The food and dining was excellent, breakfast was a very high standard. The best I experienced in India.

Thw morning team/ staff was far more accommodating than the night staff, To add - Suparna and Dheeraj and the front desk, Rishabh, Prabal at the FNB team and Nikhik ji, the manager were absolutely amazing and helped us in things beyond the stay. The food was a alright, could have been better but I can't complain. The rooms were clean and well maintained, just the carpet was a bit dirty and they moved it for us. Overall, my family were very well taken care off and the staff actually on thei own played with my ten month child and kept him entertained. Kudos.

Breakfast was very good especially the live counters had good food both in terms of taste n presentation and best thing was prompt delivery. Beverages were excellent and the menu was thoughtful. In our four days of stay we were not hit by the monotonous menu - which is usually the case in most of the hotels. Special mention to the staff, they manage everything well from seating to serving and cleanliness.

Overall experience was very good. There are few things that needs attention the housekeeping staff I felt needs to be trained to meet the Hyatt standards. The bakery section of the breakfast definitely needs to be better and fresh items would be appreciated.

The roof terrace was great and the staff were very attentive. The cocktails were great too. The room was very comfortable and clean. The pillows were particularly comfortable. The reception staff were really helpful and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. The evening buffet offered a fantastic range of food from Indian to Chinese and delicious. Bottled water was made available throughout my stay.

The breakfast buffet selection. The pastries were dry and I could only eat the toast with butter for breakfast throughout my stay as the traditional local hearty breakfast of chappaty was not familiar to me although it did look & smell really nice.

The room size was very small as it was mentioned as King size. rest was all ok.

Big, clean room with fresh bedding. Nice view. Selection of snacks for fair price. Nice power shower. After a long day, you need a good shower and sleep, and this is guaranteed. Very nice view from the top floor bar/terrace. Friendly staff. A big selection of breakfast, served from 7am. Swimming pool at the top floor, next to the bar. I am not sure how to comment on the location because we haven't walked around, we have been dropped off and dropped on, but the driver said it is "the other" side of Jaipur. I think he meant the worse one. But this did not affect our stay. Lovely hotel.

Location not so much good

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel,all the staff are cordial and have good behavior and made even more memorable thanks to Deepak. He shared detailed insights about Jaipur and nearby attractions, along with fascinating stories about the city’s history and culture. His knowledge and storytelling added so much depth to our visit and truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Jaipur with a touch of local expertise.

The food in the resturant is of a very high standard and there is plenty of variety.

The location. The hotel is situated on a very busy road. Constant noise throughout the night. The hotel needs to invest in some better windows as you can hear everything outside. One night there was a street party. The noise was unbearable and went on through the night. We complained on many occasions but the hotel was unable to move us. Finally they did move us to the other side of the hotel and that was much better. We had booked to stay at the hotel for a further night in the week but we decided to cancel due to the noise and the lack of help from the staff. We stayed at the Intercontinental in Jaipur and that was cheaper and much better.

The property is new and offers great amenities. While some of the staff are still new, they are doing their best to ensure a pleasant stay in every way. Overall, it's a good experience.

I was surprised to find that the hotel doesn't have a bathtub, especially considering it's a Hyatt. Our kids were so excited when they heard we were staying at a Hyatt, because they expected a bathtub. However, when we arrived, we were told that they don't have one.
