This property is not far away from the railway station and is easily reachable by a cab or local autos. It is located in a residential area, so the surroundings are peaceful. We had booked 2 rooms, and got only 1 room on time. The second room got delayed by a couple of hours. The rooms are generally good, they have the vibe of a heritage property and are spacious. The staff is quite courteous and always ready to help. We also availed their complementary breakfast which was decent enough. Overall, its a good property if you are looking to stay for a couple of days.

First and foremost, they have serious scarcity of mirrors in the rooms. One of ours didn’t even have a single mirror in the whole room, and just had a half mirror in the washroom. Another downside is lack of ventilation in washrooms. Their washrooms do not have a vent/exhaust fan at all, and the only window which it had opened in one of their hall areas!

The place is quiet and tranquil, located off the main road but not too far from the railway and bus stations. The property and room was very beautiful and the look on my partner's face when we stepped into our suite was totally worth the trip alone. Despite us visiting during off season and there being less number of guests, the entire place was spotless. The manager also helped arrange a cab driver for our local tour who turned out to be a great recommendation.

The hotel did not have room service nor lunch/dinner but it could be because we arrived during off season. We did not consider it a major issue as we were out most of the day . However the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. All Indian items on offer, such as the aloo parathas, poha and besan chilla that we had, was freshly made and very tasty. You will really enjoy the breakfast.

Special Thanks to Richpal and also the front desk employee. You were so kind and helped us, pampered us with delicious food especially in the evening. You gave us tipps and always asked if we were fine. When my boyfriend was sick, you brought him food and water while I was away. We even got a late checkout the day of our departure. We really loved this place for its calmness and friendly staff. Hotel and our room were extra clean, which is a big plus. There is always hot water, just let the water run for some time. They heat it with a solar system and reuse water for their garden! Room service was very good and also toilet paper was provided. The breakfast is simple but for this price absolutely okay and you can just ask for more / specials if it is too simple for you. We got fresh pancakes, fruits and chai every morning and were happy with it. Also the food in the evening we ordered was soooo delicious! Thank you, Richpal.

The rooms are not very calm (thin glass windows) so there is a bit a lack of privacy. Other guests had music and TV on in the evening, while we wanted to sleep and since the rooms are not soundproofed, we missed a little bit of silence. But that is something you have to get used to in India, it was our first trip. Also, we could not find out whether the staff is well paid, has vacation or a good place to sleep - but this also applies to many hotels in India. We still definitely recommend this place!

Heritage property with a lot of history.

Some of the staff members wouldn’t smile. Suggested an underlying dissatisfaction or discontent. One man- Richpal stood out though and was helpful especially in the restaurant. The receptionist was also very courteous. Rooms in of themselves were a tad undersized but I guess that goes with the territory. There was a midnight visit by a troop of monkey who were sheltering in the staircases and on the sofas outside on the second floor which was an encounter that can be summarized as unexpected to say the least.

Rooms are very comfortable, and since it's a heritage home, it will give you traditional vibes with all modern facilities like electric kettle, air conditioning, tea bags etc. Their food was tasty, both Indian and European style breakfast was available. The best thing is the polite receptionist ( don't know his name but was very helpful throughout the stay), another guy who serves food ( his name was Richpal) he was there for all our food related needs ) The location is in bani park, a relatively peaceful residential area , 15 minutes away from Railway station as well as major attractions in the city.

Wi-fi coverage was weak, so if you're attending some meeting etc, you may have to rely on your data pack. Food is super costly here (and so is the entire Jaipur), the menu is limited, we got the same breakfast everyday but it was tasty, fresh and included so many things I won't criticise them. The TV network was coming and going, I hope they will fix it.

We’re grateful we stayed at this gorgeous heritage home. The service is impeccable, Rijpal went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The (included) breakfast is delicious. Wifi is strong. There are great restaurants within walking distance, and it’s easy to grab an auto to get anywhere you may need in the city. And, after a day out in the city, this home is a quiet, relaxing place to return. Highly recommend.

The room was amazing, comfortable, clean and well furnished. The staff were extremely friendly, hospitable and attentive. I felt like I was staying at a 5 star hotel. The staff can arrange lots of things for you to do. I reckon the private driver. There is so much to see in Jaipur and it would be harder to do it yourself. It was my favourite stay in India. Best breakfast spread. Mostly continental.

It would be nice to add more Indian items to the buffet breakfast.

This is a very beautiful homestay. The architecture is impressive and the decor is very nice. We had a 2-room suite, which was great to have another room (with a mini-fridge) to hang out in as the bedroom itself was a little small. The operable windows looked out to a nice outdoor space and the bathroom was very nice.

We were disappointed that the restaurant was only serving breakfast. Also, because of the size of the bedroom and the bed, you could only get out on one side of the bed.

Beautiful property with lots of charm. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well decorated. The pool was great, as well as the dining area where we had breakfast and dinner on our first night. The garden was also a lovely area to sit in and very well maintained. The hotel is located in a quiet, safe area of Jaipur away from the hustle and bustle, so a great place to retreat to and relax.

Kind gentleman in counter who was there for everything. He was the manager I guess. Anything was taken care of by him. Richpal was also very helpful. Nice heritage homely atmosphere. Great service. Breakfast less options but good.

The toilet water spray was in an inconvenient position. Room was a little cramped but it was OK for us since it was homely.
