The warmth of the staff - Especially the Restaurant Manager - Mr. Arvind Singh Rajavat - he is the sweetest and most genuine person in the whole hotel. If you have any issues, he will make sure it is resolved and go well beyond the norm to solve it for you. We had reached very early (usual check in time is 2pm), we reached around 7 am and Arvind(working additionally in reception also as the usual staff member was on leave) had provided us an early check-in. The breakfast buffet is so lavish and so good- it just fills your belly and there are around 10 items. There is rooftop resturant and the view there is amazing - especially one small table for two secluded from all spaces. Mr Arvind had also recommended us a very good bike rental service which was very economical. The food here is very good, delicious, sumptuous and always freshly made - so allow them some time to prepare it for you. The staff is courteous and kind. Also, the hotel is very very close to the railway station - we could easily walk to and from the station - it is exactly 1km. The hotel's interiors are very good - they make you feel royal - it's themed like a palace. They also have ayurvedic spa and massage services.

The only thing I didn't like is the washroom. It had a foul odour coming from some leaking sewage and the washroom was always stinking. They should get it repaired soon.

"I recently stayed at the Nahargarh Heveli and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was given a lovely room with a beautiful view of the city. The room itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a plush bed, plenty of pillows, and all the amenities I could want, including a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and high-speed internet. The bathroom was also immaculate and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant, which served delicious food and had a great atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from, as well as fresh juice and coffee. The hotel's location was also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and many of the city's top attractions. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, and I slept soundly every night. Overall, I cannot recommend the [hotel name] highly enough. The staff, the amenities, the food, and the location were all exceptional, and I look forward to staying there again in the future."

There was some wedding function so it was a bit noisy at night.

Property is very close to Jaipur railway station. Accessibility is very good. In terms of support, we arrived at 3 am in the morning due to flight delay, they are kind enough to understand and everything was arranged and ensured check in was smooth. Bathroom and restroom were big and very neat. Complimentary breakfast was also good.Oversll a very nice staying experience.

Nothing specific, all we're good except for ac effectiveness which could have been better.

The Manager/Concierge was exceptionally helpful and made all the difference to my stay. His advice was good and I accepted it. The room was clean and everything worked as well as expected. After check out I was given free use of another room to shower, have a brief rest and freshen up while I waited for my late afternoon train to Agra. Breakfast was included and was perfectly adequate. I had dinner once and the meal was tasty and the portion size was good.

The only downside was that the hotel was a little isolated from the city centre and inside a gated community where the entry gates were locked at night.

Food was excellent, Staff was very welcoming and they did even arranged a tourist car for us at a reasonable price, Hotel location is very good right in the middle of the city

The room size was great, but washroom could have been a bit spacious. It seemed small, but manageable.

The welcome, clean, nice decoration in the heritage house, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast with personalized service. Welcoming staff.

The large room is a bit empty, maybe a larger table or chairs would make the room more comfortable,

The room was very good and spacious and the location of the hotel was perfect for our stay.

The bathroom size could have been bigger and there was some trouble while ordering lunch at the hotel

The hotel overall was lovely. The staff were fabulous especially the Manager Ibrahim who was brilliant with sorting stuff out and helping when I was not well.

The place is worth the money.Stayef there for a night and was very comfortable.The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very courteous.
