Ornate rooms made the stay feel different and special. Flexible in allowing an later checkout Excellent laundry service and additional services (‘free’ pickup from station Helpful reception staff

Difficult when most of the channels are blocked on the TV, No real local eating options or cafe (Peacock Restaurant was OK, but not really casual dining) within a short walk, rather than a tuk tuk… Need to include a drink option with room service, ordering room service and needing to get in a tuk tuk to get a drink to enjoy with it seemed counter intuitive

This hotel was gorgeous! It was an easy walk from the train station when we arrived into Jaipur. The traditional design and style of the room was so beautiful, it was a good size and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, had to choose items the night before, not a buffet. We visited the rooftop of the sister hotel about 2 blocks away which was also lovely and there are a couple of other good eateries nearby. The hotel arranged a driver for the day to take us out to the Amber Fort etc. And there is a tuk tuk driver employed by the hotel so always out the front if you need a ride.

We didn't get good quality sleep because the local dogs kept fighting loudly during the night!!

I loved this small hotel, it was wonderfully quiet, fantastically decorated, great breakfast too. The rooms were large, and the bathrooms were clean and functional. The addition of room service is a bonus. The wonderful Peacock restaurant is actually on the roof of their sister hotel, but you do get a complimentary tuk tuk there and back. There is also a great bar on the second floor which you will miss if you take the lift!

I feel that more helpful information from reception would have been useful. I don't always want to rely on tripadvisor as local knowledge is often more rewarding. Also, I didn't realise the room wouldn't be cleaned during our stay.

This hotel is ABSOLUTELY beautiful!! The decor is on another level. We stayed in 2 rooms and both were gorgeous. Some of the details are a bit outdated- namely the carpeting needs a major upgrade, but almost everything else is done so well. The bedding is very luxurious. The towel situation could be slightly improved- only 2 big towels were provided per room and no smaller hand or face towels- but not a big deal. The hotel smells amazing with bowls of fresh flowers throughout. Everything is spotless! The staff are so kind and very helpful. They want to ensure that you have a lovely stay. The sister hotel, which is a 5 min walk away, has an amazing rooftop restaurant called Peacock which is definitely worth a visit. The biggest issue we faced while staying here is during breakfast. The way it works is they take your order the day before with the time you want it- they serve breakfast in 15 min increments throughout the morning. 2 out of the 3 mornings our breakfast was delayed- 30 min the first day and 45 min the next day. For us it was nothing more than an inconvenience to get our day started later than planned but if we had tours scheduled or a train or plane to catch, it would have been a real problem. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat and truly hope to have the opportunity to do so again one day!!

Rooms were excellent ! When I reached the Hotel I was amazed with the beauty of the decorations and how much attention they have given to the interior of the hotel. Rooms were equally designed with traditional arts and it was like a original Haweli you would find in a heritage city. Breakfast was excellent. Even though they do not have a restaurant inhouse, they have bring an excellent food from the restaurant nearby. Staff were friendly and overall the stay was good.

Nothing really I could think of. Even the wifi was good.

Each room and floor has different themes. The room is clean and comfortable.

Originally we booked for one night and asked for extension for one more day. The staff of the night shift, Ajay, told us that it wouldn’t be a problem for booking one more night with the same room, and I could proceed the extension the next day morning even though I originally insisted on paying right away. HOWEVER, on the next day, we’re being told by the day shift girl that the same room we want had been booked from someone else. It’s not professional for Ajay to promise extensions in the first place and we have to find another hotel because other rooms in the same hotel are more expensive……

The building and the rooms are stunning! Each room and floor are different and so nice. Staff took care of us, they satisfied our asks also for the room and arranged for the dinner with a tuk tuk they brought us to the peacock restaurant in their twin hotel. Food was amazing - both dinner at peacock and breakfast that was served in the room (you can order it the night before from a menu and they will deliver it to you). Need to say: I was worried because it was a 3 star hotel but reading previous reviews I decided to book it and I would make the same choice again! It is much better than 4 and 5 star hotels where we have been in India with an unbeatable price/quality ratio

Nothing - only a bit of noise around the area during the day. This is in a family area where the entrance gate closes at night

I loved this place! Decor is beautiful. Excellent bathroom, with great shower pressure and hot water. Loved that the windows had screens so that I could let in the fresh air and not have to rely on AC. Breakfast was delicious, and I loved the option of having it brought to my room. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The Peacock Restaurant at the sister hotel a short walk away had delicious food and great ambience. Overall excellent value for money (for both the restaurant and hotel).

Not really within walking distance of any attractions, so you have to take a tuk-tuk or taxi for any sightseeing. The smell of (fake) air fresheners in the lobby and hallways was a little overpowering. And just beware that there is a temple right across the street, and there was a lot of loud drum playing and bell ringing at various hours (including 6am). This was not a problem for me (added to the overall ambience), but maybe not ideal if you’re a light sleeper and/or don’t plan to get up early. All of these things are pretty minor, though, and don’t detract from my overall rating of 10.

Rooms are exception, every room is different with different theme. We expressed our choices but all rooms were already taken. We got a lovely room with small balcony. Room was very big and bathroom was huge (size of a regular room in other hotels. Owners still lives in the hotel on the first floor. Staff was very friendly there is only no real restaurant but on first floor some arrangement is made for tables for breakfast. Great staff

There are limited facilities in the hotel like restaurant or bar, but for short visit to Jaipur and spending time in this amazing room you don't need that.

just had an amazing stay at Pearl Place Heritage Hotel. The hotel is absolutely stunning, elegant architecture and attractive furnishings. Rooms are very spacious , comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing vacation with my family. Room service, cleanliness, breakfast with ample options. Most unforgetful experience is the hospitiality. Mr Sanjay at the front desk will anytime greet with so much of affection and a great smile.Staff is extremely attentive and tries every bit to make your stay wonderful. I will strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience. And dont miss the Peacock rooftop restaurant by the same owner. The food is just awesome.
