-The room size and hotel ambiance are excellent. -There are abundant lounge chairs to chat and relax on the upper floors. -The bathroom, amenities, and pool are excellent. -Staffs are responsive and helpful. -Breakfast food quality is excellent. -The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the airport. This hotel is a very convenient place to stay if the plan is to see Jaipur city, Jal Mahal, Hawa mahal, the city palace, Bapu Bazaar, etc.

-Wifi connectivity/speed was not up to the mark, despite raising the concern and the technical team looking into it, things didn't work out positively. This was concerning for me as there was an online business meeting planned during the stay. -Only vegetarian food is served.

Good location, room was big and comfy bed. The shower was good and had extra toiletries, and the staff were polite and helpful. Rooftop pool was na nice extra and no one was there when we used it.

The walls in the room were quite dirty, and the rooftop pool area could definitely do with more care. The wood around the pool seemed quite worn with screws coming out, and the rooftop overall was quite dirty.

Check in efficient and staff helpful. Excellent staff in the breakfast area/dining room each day. They were all very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The menu was very varied and interesting.

It took some time to organise transport and tours. We stayed during Diwali so this may have been a factor. Didn't realise when we booked that menu is vegan (our error). This may not suit everyone.

Beautiful hotel.

The bedroom lacked hangers in the wardrobe and there were no hooks in the bathroom or bedroom..The bar and breakfast room staff need more training. They didn't know how to pour beer or make spritzer. When we brought dirty milk container to their attention they couldn't see the problem. When it was the same next day they removed it.

The hotel rooms were nice, very comfortable and a good size. Staff were curtious.

The rooftop pool areas was not great, scruffy and tired. The bar there was also underwhelming. The hotel did enough for us to be satisfied but nothing more.

We were very happy with the friendly and courteous staff. We were also very comfortable during our stay, we especially appreciated the comfortable bed and hot water.

We didn’t like that the wifi was slow. Also we had to request a few times to get English movie channels, but we are grateful that the manager finally upgraded the Channel. We couldn’t connect to the wifi at first, but the staff helped us fix it.

Staff were effective, rooms relatively large. Clean

Noise in the corridor. Kids running until 1 am. Poor breakfast. It should inform customers with CAPITAL LETTERS that the restaurant is pure vegetarian with not even butter.

Shaky is very centrally located in Jaipur and the staff are welcoming and helpful. The room is big and comfortable and was very clean.

The breakfast could have more variety.

The hotel is a complete vegetarian hotel, no dishes with meat available, but for us it is vrey okay.
