I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. Our room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was also nice and big. The shower was especially nice and powerful with hot water available all the time. There was a lot of choice in the breakfast buffet with different varieties every day. The selection at the dinner buffet was also great. The food was delicious! Missing it now :( We were lucky enough to be there at the best time as they hold an annual event which is 156 bhog festival when the restaurant serves 156 lavish dishes for dinner over the period of 5 days. Really yummy. Compliments to all the Chefs for laying out an incredible selection and display All the staff were very attentive and helpful. We were looked after very well, especially by Rohit in the restaurant was A-class!!. Vinod, Shekhar, and the rest of the team including the chefs also came out to ask if everything was okay which was nice to see, :) The hotel was nice and clean and in a good location with easy access by rickshaw or Uber to the town center. Looking forward to visiting Jaipur and staying at The Golden Tulip again :)

There isn't anything much to complain about except that when we checked in we were told they took our card details for security but actually took the money from our account for our stay in advance.

Good location near one of the shopping streets of Jaipur. Upon request we were offered a newly renovated room on floor 4 with minimal extra charge and given an upgrade to a junior suite. Breakfast geared towards the Indian traveller, service attentive and prompt.

Renovation of floor 3 is ongoing and sometimes heavy noise started at 9.00am. But if does not stay in the room all day this is not too grave an issue.

After searching a lot of hotels in Jaipur, found this one. Room is was spacious with great view of inside umbrellas. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. Bathroom is small but convenient and clean. We were staying for Diwali, they also gave complementary sweets. Location is nearby one of the main roads so it is easily accessible, also it is little bit inside so surroundings are quiet which is plus. Can find rickshaws for sightseeing very easily. Many shops for fast food around the hotel.

Very quiet hotel in a rushing busy center. The entrance is from the backyard behind the other building facing to the main street. Hotel is located close to Pink City entrance gate - so it is very suitable located for tourists. Room was very large and well equipped. Breakfast was also nice.

Wifi stopped if you did not use computer for a while. Thus you have to log in with the password again and again. Now I remember my password for ever :-)

The hotel is excellent as far as stay goes, but the location is terrible. Breakfast and dinner was very good and the restaurant "MARIGOLD" staff was very helpful and co-operative. Food was superb.

The location is terrible, its in a very crowded and bad business location. The lfts do not respond to call. Many times the touch pad does not work .the room was very small and did not have any view ( and i booked it for the view).They should have mentioned that this room does not have a view while booking whereas many rooms seemed to have a view.

Great stay Large spacious room. Great breakfast!! Staff were accommodating and location was fabulous.

Hard to find on google maps. There is 2 golden tulip next to each other. One is essential which is different to this one and is aimed at more budget accomodation

The hotel is located right in the middle of the city. It is very close to the market and city palace. There are plenty of food outlets nearby. It has plenty of space for parking the vehicle. Breakfast buffet spread was descent with live counters. The hotel also has a bar inside. Room and bathroom both were very clean. Wifi connection was good. All channels were available on the television. The kitchen staff also prepared a cake for us on a short notice. It was not complimentary, they charged it but price was quite reasonable.

The elevator’s touch panel wasn’t working properly. It gave us a real hard time to actually press it. We had to ask the staff for help several times in our 3 days stay at the hotel.

It was a fantastic stay for all of us!! We loved everything about the hotel and wish we had stayed there longer than just overnight. We were upgraded to a suite and it worked really well for a party of three. Great variety of food at the breakfast spread with a live dosa station. Highly recommended hotel!!

Enjoyed staying in hotel, local transport and restaurants were at walking distance. Rooms were big, good decor, cleaning.

Tea, coffee was kept in rooms as per guest counting basis, and water bottles were small. Rates of the room was higher side. Even breakfast was not complimentary.

-Room very big and clean -Breakfast is good -Location very good near mall , in the city center and Hawa Mahal etc.

I arrived at night time but no body help me carry my bag i have to do myself
