The hotel was in a great location, staff were very helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and spacious and the property is modern and new but still has the touch of Jaipur. The Hotel Taxi driver, Hari went above and beyond to make our trip to India exceptional. If he wasn’t helping us, we would have missed visiting Taj Mahal as we didn’t know it that Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays. He helped us to change our bus tickets and really helped us to see everything we possibly could in Jaipur. Also Madon the other staff was really helpful and polite. We also used hotel ‘s laundry service and they were fantastic and very reasonable. Overall strongly recommend staying in this hotel.

1. Polite staff: Front desk, housekeeping staff, kitchen staff, and the restaurant staff, were all very polite and accommodating. Our drivers, Rakesh ji and Nemichand ji were an absolute delight- they both were helpful cooperative, and took us to a refreshing sightseeing and eatery tour, all tailored to our specific requests. 2. Nice plush beds; our kid enjoyed it a lot. 3. Spa masseuse was very skilled; we loved our Spa treatments.

1. Buffet breakfast variety of items was okay but can be improved. Scrambled eggs were a bit watery. Masala Tea was a little too milky - not to our liking. 2. In-room fridge was not stocked; no microwave in the room. 3. Spa front desk did not open on time. We were first told the spa starts at 9:30am, then informed it will open at 10am but didn't. We wanted to make a Spa reservation before leaving for our sightseeing tour; but couldn't catch anyone at the Spa reception and got delayed. Kept calling till 10:30am while on-the-go but no one picked up the call. Eventually, connected around 1pm to make the Spa reservation. 4. View from our room window was a giant cement wall :(

They let us check in in the middle of the night instead of at 2 pm when we arrived from Delhi on an overnight transfer. Since our room was not yet ready, we were given a deluxe suite for our first night, then changed to our room afterwards. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the facilities are very beautiful and the breakfast buffet was fantastic! We would stay there again without hesitation!

There was some construction noise audible in the hotel at times, but if renovations are needed, they have to be done. The noise wasn't too much of a concern and it's good to know the place is kept up well!

Good breakfast with a nice selection of options. Room was a decent size and when asked, they set up a bed for the kids without too much of a wait. Beds were comfy and the Aircon/heating was good.

Although we'd requested on the site, no extra bed was made up for the kids. We only had two towels despite four of us staying in the room. I was woken up at 7am by a member of staff asking for the ironing board back (no apology and I hadn't used the iron or board?) TV not functioning, no external windows. Just a view into the reception foyer.

Size of Rooms, Breakfast , location etc. Most important is quality of hotel staff, they are too good, nice and polite. Mr. Neeraj has helped us a lot during our stay. Great guy and understand guest's requirements.

When we checked in, Refrigerator is not there. When we asked for extra bad, it is full of dust and not cleaned. WIFI is disaster and can be improved for international guests like us, who needs WIFI at all point of time.

I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. Our room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was also nice and big. The shower was especially nice and powerful with hot water available all the time. There was a lot of choice in the breakfast buffet with different varieties every day. The selection at the dinner buffet was also great. The food was delicious! Missing it now :( We were lucky enough to be there at the best time as they hold an annual event which is 156 bhog festival when the restaurant serves 156 lavish dishes for dinner over the period of 5 days. Really yummy. Compliments to all the Chefs for laying out an incredible selection and display All the staff were very attentive and helpful. We were looked after very well, especially by Rohit in the restaurant was A-class!!. Vinod, Shekhar, and the rest of the team including the chefs also came out to ask if everything was okay which was nice to see, :) The hotel was nice and clean and in a good location with easy access by rickshaw or Uber to the town center. Looking forward to visiting Jaipur and staying at The Golden Tulip again :)

There isn't anything much to complain about except that when we checked in we were told they took our card details for security but actually took the money from our account for our stay in advance.

Very clean hotel, even by western standards. Large, comfortable room with an excellent bathroom. Very friendly hotel staff across the building. Highly recommend based on our experience

Nothing in particular. The only blip we experienced for our stay was the check out process - there were three of us waiting to check out with one person at the desk. It was also quite clunky including a request to complete a paper feedback form.

Good location near one of the shopping streets of Jaipur. Upon request we were offered a newly renovated room on floor 4 with minimal extra charge and given an upgrade to a junior suite. Breakfast geared towards the Indian traveller, service attentive and prompt.

Renovation of floor 3 is ongoing and sometimes heavy noise started at 9.00am. But if does not stay in the room all day this is not too grave an issue.

I loved it that they had placed welcome basket with fruits and dry fruits in each room. It was really good to have some snacks. Really welcoming. But having property at peak location really paid off

1. Breakfast's taste was bit off. 2. Ceiling height was really low. 3. Entry to the hotel was congested. 4. Had set expectations for great tea after hearing the name GOLDEN TULIP. but mediocre tea was only served.

Lovely place, great room, room service food was fab, decent breakfast buffet. Staff was amazing! Overall would recommend 100%

I kind of disliked when ordering room service I was told five times that ‘Indian food is spicy, ma’am’ before they actually took my order. I appreciate the concern, but also I don’t believe mild spice warrants that especially if I am very clearly ordering it
