restaurant staff was very helpful and kind and the room was clean.

We tried to get some supplies such as diet coke, and coconut water that weren't available in the hotel menu, however, we were told that the hotel couldn't arrange nor send anyone to help with this. I was traveling from overseas with my friend who is a foreigner and we found it very uncomfortable when they couldn't help. also, there weren't adequate towels fir bathing, having come from the yatra one would think that this is something that would be a given. also, the phone number listed on the website isn't reachable, so when we came back from the yatra we could reach the hotel to arrange transportation and pick up.

The restaurant was great food was good and different each day we had breakfast and dinner package and worth it, the whole team every day was great and very facilitating. The night team where very helpful myself and my son where sick they came up to change the bedding and assisted with new towels and making sure we where comfortable in our time of need. We booked two other rooms for the rest of our party all of whom where very happy, all the staff we interacted with where kind and curious! Thank you very much for making a special trip that much nicer!

The only thing I would say is I am an English women traveling with my Indian Family whilst checking in I took care as it was myself who made the booking, half way through the receptionist switched to Hindi to ask details for my Bhiaya, whom did not make the booking. I understand due to culture it may seem normal and I am sur she was more comfortable in Hindi, but fo me it was very rude - However I would not say it effected the stay in any way but something to be aware of as I am not sure how many English people you might get. Everything else however was wonderful.

Everything was as I expected. Really cooperative staff.. Love to be here again if same services are improvised.. the room massage was expensive but worth it. They need a massage room.. since my massage happened on floor since the bed was cushiony.. I loved the food taste only expected it to be a bit cheap.. the staff is prompt and the views are amazing.. washroom and hot water is available. Loved it . Made my Mata rani journey memorable..

Umm.. late check out experience was not good... since both early check in and late check out was mentioned..

Memorable visit! Comfortable stay, the room was clean & hygienic, and the bathrooms well facilitated . Housekeeping staff is very prompt & well mannered. The Front office guys are cooperative, and the deals are reasonable & inclusive. They provided all facilities including Gymnasium, Spa & the Pool among others. Breakfast spread could have been better

Rooms and bathrooms were spot free, very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Manisha, Sarita, Pankaj all were very good and helping. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants a great stay in Katra.

Shuttle service to train station should be free as it’s just 5 minutes drive. I paid Rs.320 at hotel and another Rs.50 at train station drop off, that’s kinda unfair.

Property is quite small but that also comes with an advantage of proper caring of clients and I felt this being there We were so exhausted and almost missed our dinner but by little request to staff they understand and provided our meal at our room and breakfast was fantastic. No words for the serving staff who was making sure that we are comfortable at table. Thank you for giving home feeling at our stay.

To start with, it’s a new property and staff members are doing their best to show case their skills. Very courteous, polite and helpful. Location is nice and ambience is catchy. Food is amazing, you ask anything and Shef Vijay will take care of it. Family room is spacious and well maintained. A must visit property if you are at Katra. A special thanks to Jyoti on behalf of my kids. She made sure that the experience of kids is at its best when we are at dining, very courteous and customer oriented. Lastly, thanks to Neerja for showing patience towards customers like us who want everything to be the best.

Checkin-out process was very seamless and they had pickup and drop service service for nearby locations. Buffet spread was big and nice. Terrace was also open for guests. Best part: TV was working and paid up!

The hotel is nestled around under-construction buildings, so everywhere you look you'll see just buildings and no view. It's a new property so services were delayed when there were a lot of checkins in the hotel.
