Our stay was very comfortable. The family room which we had been given was very spacious and luxurious. The quality of the mattresses were very good. The entire was very clean and hygienic. The staff was very kind and polite. The room services and food services were exceptional. The food quality was also good. The hotel location was very close to the new route for Vaishno Devi temple. The hotel staff provided us with complimentary pick-up and drop services from the hotel to the temple and back to the hotel. Our overall experiace was satisfactory and beyond our expectation. We highly recomend this hotel for your next visit to Katra for Mata Rani's Darshan.

The outer look of the hotel was very simple and not so pleasing to the eyes. Though the interior of the hotel was amazing.

My stay at The Royal Bhumesh has been very pleasant and comfortable. I stayed with my family, and all the members were very happy. Below are the things I liked: 1. Very well situated in Katra 2. The staff is very supportive, friendly and helpful. 3. They even dropped and picked us up from the place where the Darshan yatra begins. 4. Rooms are very cozy and comfortable. 5. Family rooms have 4 beds and others have a double bed. 6. Room service is available and the food menu is well spread in all categories. Food is delicious and well priced. 7. They also have in house restaurant on 3rd floor. 8. All rooms are A/C with 24 hour geyser hot water. 9. They offer spa and massage services as well. 10. WiFi and tv available in rooms. 11.. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely book this place when visiting next time. Thanks.

Clean and spacious room with all the amenities. One of the best hotels we stayed in Jammu. Staffs were very accommodating- they offered us a free ride to the entry point of Vaishno Devi and catered to our almost every request.

A little noisy - a bell goes off every time someone requests room service, and the bathroom gets wet as no shower screen or curtain but it would not put us off staying again

The hotel location was very good. The room was neat and clean. The toilets were also clean and we had hot water available throughout the day. The management and staff were very friendly and guided us around the place. They have a full fledged restaurant that serves decent food. It is walking distance to the bus stop where yatris register for Maa Vaishno Devi Yatra. It is also very close to Katra Railway station

The premium rooms with view to the vaishno devi hills The large rooms. If you're booking through the app, book the premium category and not executive ones. They're slightly expensive but worth the money.

Everything was good. The distance to Banganga was slightly more but they made it easy by complimentary drop facilities.

You have to improve in bathroom accessories you should install the soap dispenser and shampoo dispenser & handwash.it will be more helpful to your property to make great.
