The buffet breakfast offered a lot of choice including some intriguing items like detox drinks! The staff was unfailingly courteous and helpful. In-room dining delivery and clearance was very prompt. Housekeeping sent a person late at night to help me find a channel on the TV. Supplies were replenished fully and regularly. Above all the location was terrific with great dining choices within a few minutes of driving distance (eg Flury's, Mocambo and Peter Cat). The iconic Kolkata trams were a delight to watch through the window as the track ran right in front of the hotel.

The bathroom floors were slippery and I had to wear rubber slippers to keep from falling. A rubber mat would help.

Location is very central. breakfast was decent and service was great. Ms Puja and especially Mr Raja at the front office were very helpful. Mr Raja helped us with the bags when we were leaving the hotel. As it was a one way street he helped us cross the street to locate and get our taxi. Staff were always courteous & respectful. Will definitely stay here if I have to visit Kolkata again.

It was a perfect location for what we needed. We loved that we had free Wi-Fi. The breakfast had many choices and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There is street noise but that can't be helped because the hotel is on a busy street.I just used ear plugs and slept well.

Breakfast was great. There was a good choice of foods, excellent coffee and the restaurant area is spacious and pleasant. My room was clean with more than adequate space with tea-making facilities included. The hotel is modern and comfortable and the service from staff is second to none!

Water was at times like warm. They are saving money by not putting thegood themostat up. We complained but it's ongoing.

The staffs are very good and responsive. The food was awesome. No words to explain. But a little bit expensive. Breakfast was very good.

Toiletries. Some more toiletries need to be added. The menu for the breakfast was the same for all three days. Needs changes for the people staying for more than one day.

The hotel is well located in park Street and very good for a business visit. The good quality was good and all our requirements were attended to immediately.
