The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. The room was very cheap for what it offered and location was good. Unfortunately I only stayed for a couple of hours so I could not experience much.

The fan in the bathroom was a bit dusty. It didn't bother me much, as I only stayed for a couple of hours, but it does not send the best message.

The room was spacious with fridge, hot water air condition was working well.The staff was very helpful and there was a lift.

the neigh bourhood was dirty but all central kolkata is like this, we didnt mind as it was real life experience ,it was safe though.The breakfast was basic.

I searched hotel for past 2 months. And finally I made the best decision by choose this one. They literally made me so comfortable.I was alone but never felt scared. Service was really good They provide everything they told. Best ever stay❤ And thank you💗

Everything was good. Cleanliness, bed quality was good. Bathroom was good. AC was good. Shower, toilet and wash basin was good.

There was a peculiar strong smell of some perfume or spray they must have used which was too strong and I didn't like it. It also didn't go away. There are no balconies in this or any other hotel in this area. At least put an exhaust fan in the room.

Mostly I like the cordial behaviour of all the staffs. The room, washroom are so clean and hygienic. Their restaurant food is very tasty I must say.

There is such nothing I don't like. Their facilities are so good.

Not at all clean bathroom wall are dirty and as I was taking shower water went off for 10 min inthe morning I call them and then it came all the soaps with in my body , breakfast was horrible no choice at all only as per there wish and no staff front Guard was serving to us both days.

Good location and modern interior designed rooms are very comfortable for living. The behavior of the staff is very friendly especially the reception manager Mr. Musharraf is very understanding and polite person. I thank him very much.

Breakfast was good and tasty but served in the banquet hall felt a little out of place. I suggest the authorities look into improving it.

Staff behavior and room condition were excellent

Furniture provided in the room were not sturdy. Once chair even broke down while in use. Others were shaky.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room decor are modern with excellent styling.

Bathroom essentials were missing and shower area needs inspection to minimise water wastage. One TV unit connection was missing, out of service.

The breakfast was excellent. There were a lot of items and they followed the cleanliness and hygiene. The foods were standard and tasty. Then called at 8:30AM every morning and reminded me for having breakfast.
