We had an excellent experience at All Seasons D Fort in Kollam. The staff, especially Felix and Deon, were incredibly helpful, offering great service and advice on nearby activities. There’s so much to do in the area, whether it’s exploring on foot or enjoying the hotel’s services. I had my first Ayurvedic massage here, and it was truly unforgettable. The therapist was highly skilled, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting—it’s one of the best massage you can have. The hotel also organizes taxis and ensures your luggage is kept safe, which adds to the overall sense of care and security. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the pool was a delightful bonus. Dinner at the hotel was another highlight; the beef curry was exceptional and highly recommended. Prices were also very reasonable. Don’t miss the rooftop view, which offers a stunning perspective of Kollam and its surroundings. If you’re considering a stay here, don’t hesitate—book it!

Great hospitality, really liked the ambience. Staff is extremely supportive. Personalized care is demonstrated to the visitors. The hotel manager is very supportive and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, I encountered an unexpected situation during my stay, The kind of proactive and customer-centric approach has left a lasting impression on me, and I will certainly be recommending this hotel to friends and colleagues. The ayrevedic treatments performed by Jincy. The coffee and the room service provided by the restaurant. The view from the roof. The man that checked me in and helped me to room was very kind and professional.

I didn’t like the (presumed) horse facility(?) I was sent to. ELEVEN km away in a field not created for horses w: an abused horse and a baby not able to take riders. I didn’t like that I didn’t get the discounts for the services as I was told. Many inconsistencies.

We reached much earlier than the requested check-in time and the staff was welcoming and helped us check in without much hassle. The rooms were neat, the toilets were sanitised prior to check in, good location for morning walkers. Staff was really cordial and accommodated all our requests. I came in feeling a little unwell and could not go for breakfast but they especially made porridge and brought it to the room.

The breakfast options could have been better. Towards the end of our stay there was a strong scent of cigarette seeping into the room.

A few power cuts ,room book was supposed to have balcony and garden view which we didn’t have, but the suit we had was enormous with 2 bathrooms

My stay at the All Seasons D'Fort Hotel was fantastic. I can't recommend this place enough. I believe it's not only great value for money, but it also appears to be the best option locally. The hotel itself is modern and attractive. The rooms, the beds and the bathrooms are all very clean and comfortable too. The location of the hotel is also great, as it's very close to the beach and there are plenty of shops and amenities nearby. The service is what stands out the most as it's excellent, with everyone eager to please and meet your requirements. A specific thank you to Kiran who gave us a very warm welcome, and exit. I look forward to being back soon.

The hotel was nice and clean. Very supportive staff who would go out of their way with a smile to make our stay comfortable.

One suggestion, please cover the food while bringing it from the kitchen to the room for room service. Also, only one bottle of water was provided , any extra water was charged. We stayed in summer and one bottle of water was hardly sufficient.

The hotel was very clean and upmarket. The staff were really nice and went out of their way to be as helpful as possible.

While lovely views it's a little bit remote. But hotel summoned an auto (🛺) for us if we ever wanted to go further than local area

We stayed here with family for #2 nights - it was a great experience. The hotel staff is friendly and polite. The rooms are quite spacious and decently decorated. Our meals at the restaurant were fantastic - great taste and good varity. We would like to visit here again soon.
