Room sizes, washrooms, beds and facilities were great. Recreationally, there's a fair bit to do - swim, a make-do basketball court, badminton, table tennis, pool, a mini rock-climbing wall. Our rooms were on ground level, and we enjoyed the rains and greenery in, sitting indoors. In room dining was good too. Although the property is fairly small and compact, it has everything you need, is just off the highway and at walking distance from the city restaurants and shops.

The property doesn't have much of a view looking out to the landscapes of Lonavala, which would have been nice. However, the property itself is great for a break and offers a lot of comfort. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. The spread was great and everything looked good but lacked taste and quality.

All the staff were good. Cleanliness, hygine, internal property, food etc were good.

We booked the resort because of pool. But pool has its own rules like cotton clothes are not allowed, this should be mentioned before hand. NOT EVERYBODY CARRY SWIMMING DRESSES OR SWIMMING FRIENDLY DRESSES. Also I dont think people should buy it for 2 hours. Instead you shoul either provide the dress or may be mention in bold letters in the bookimg confirmation mail. People can go to water park as well where they need to buy dresses or take it for rent may be. But these rule should be mentioned and told beforehand. Rest other things were good. Keep it up! We liked everything about the property from staff to food specially the artistic approach little little things that can bring smile to ur face superb.

In all this rosy picture one thing we're very upset about is booking. Com is promising wrong things in bangalore stay for us it kept flashing on the screen free pick up and drop to airport which was denied by the property here on what rate we booked rhythm was not what we were charged it was 5 -7000 difference the property showed on the site but when we're checking it is showing different it's cheating for us. I have a request to booking. Com people will use your app for booking if you give correct info at whatever rate mentioned but if cheating like this even if you suggest good we would not accept

Super friendly staff. Very tastefully designed. It’s kid friendly (except for the live points in the rooms that could get dangerous since the sockets aren’t the covered types). The front desk is very accommodating even with the smallest requests. You’d be hard pressed to find better bang for your buck with the perfect balance between a resort and a homely feel. Hats off to the chef and kitchen staff. The food was an unexpected surprise. Very thoughtfully curated and prepared.

Nothing really, but if I have to nitpick then the drains needed attention. Water logging was a small bother.

I always have loved my stay at the hotel... it's the best place to stay... the fnb staff is very prompt and ready to help. Never take an answer for a no. Including the front office staffs were very accommodating. Polite and as should be. They considered every request to my stay and made sure nothing went a miss! I love my stay at Rhythm Lonavala everytime. ♡

Onething this time for the very first time that I did not appreciate was the Housekeeping staffs behavior. I'd request if proper training is given and so is for the front desk as well if been told what the check out time is, taken it with request for us to stay for a while longer due to late check in. Been constantly called and asked for check out is a displeasing experience for the guest to stay. It makes the guest experience poor. And the Housekeeping staff to be taught not to barge into the rooms. It's okay for this time because I love the property and due to my previous stay's I've had before. But staff at certain point do need proper briefings and trainings.

The ambience,room staff, location, facilities including kids play zone, swimming staff, welcome as we do our checkin. The staff was very amicable, gentle, warm and smiling. Rooms were fully clean and anything we request arrived within 5 minutes like the staff were on toes to serve. Kitchen staff was lovely too served any additions as requested on demand. As it was my wife’s 40th getaway with family cake was provided as complimentary a nice gesture. Checkin was very smooth as helpful staff carried all our bags to room.

The payment process did not work for international cards and the online payment had only UPI and Bank options with no SBI, I had to struggle to make a payment as booking.com had taken my credit card but payment at Rhytm had limited options. The staff at reception had to be reminded multiple times to send online payment link. A suggestion to Rhythm is to check international card payment , include debit card/credit card options on online payment gateway and how can SBI be missed in Bank account payment.

The property was well maintained and an amazing place to rewind . The food was a good spread. The staff were pleasing and helpful. The rooms were spacious and had all the facilities.

There could have been heaters in the pool esp monsoon and winter seasons the water is too cold. Also, another additional set of elevators on the other side of the wing.. Also pillows were quite uncomfortable. Will.be good if soft and slightly thinner pillows esp for kids are available. The library can have more updated set of books...the collection was almost "ancient'! Otherwise well maintained.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rhythm Lonavla and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. If I were to offer one suggestion for improvement, it would be to consider offering complimentary games or entertainment options for guests. While the hotel had an impressive range of amenities, including a pool, spa, and fitness center, providing complimentary games would enhance the overall guest experience and offer additional recreational opportunities.

Excellent service. Warm and courteous staff. Quick response to housekeeping requests etc. Good rooms and ambience. Good location just off the main road and close to many good restaurants etc. - Oven Fresh, Lola cafe, Mapro, etc. The property is lush green (although not a very big property) and quiet. Food was reasonably good. We had breakfast and dinner at the resort. The breakfast spread was good. The resort has a spa as well. The quality of the toiletries etc. was very good. The large balcony had a nice view of the pool and the rest of the property..

The room is not really a suite with 2 separate areas. It's a room with a sofa cum bed. There is a small kitchen like area as you enter the room.

From start to end it was a wonderful experience, very warm welcome by the staff, they were very welcoming. The check-in was very smooth, the room was mentioned, over all 10/10 for the hospitality. The property is at a great location right on the main road not at all far away from the attractions, but the best part is, it is so peaceful, that you will not hear anything from the road. I recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxed stay. Thank You !

Can't really put my finger on anything, in our stay everything was very seamless so there was nothing that we would personally disliked.
