The hotel is located in the heart of Hazratganj, a few minutes walk from the Hazratganj metro station. You can avail transport directly from the hotel - rates are affordable or from outside where there is a queue of electric autos. The service is prompt and is utmost professional. The staff at the premises are friendly and go beyond their duties to help you. While I hadn't availed the breakfast option during my stay, I did order some snacks and tea which was very good and met my expectations.

I had to request basic toiletries, again, delivered in lightning fast speed. So no actual complaints.

Overall property, its location, room facilities

I wanted pick up from Lucknow Station to Hotel as I was travelling to Lucknow for the first time. The distance is hardly 4 (four) kms. The hotel said it will be on chargeable basis for which I agreed immediately. But they quoted Rs. 550/- plus waiting charges at station extra. Hence I denied. Thereafter on my own I hired taxi and reached the property by paying just Rs. 156/-. Many of the hotels arrange Airport transfer. The hotel management should look into this.

The hotel is at a good location, very close to Hazratganj market but still off the busy road. The facilities, cleanliness and hospitality are at par with any other Sarovar hotel.

Dinner is limited to a la carte only and no buffet option is available. Windows in the rooms on the ground floor directly open to the two wheeler parking area making the windows redundant. Had to ask for a change in floor to make the stay worth the price.

Very convenient location, approximately 500 meters from Hazratganj Metro Station. Rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet had both Indian and continental options with couple of non vegetarian options included.

The gym could be much better, just a bike machine with a few dumbells and a chest press machine. No yoga mats or treadmills.

Great location, just next to Hazrat Ganj. Decent hotel with good facilities. Staff was helpful and polite.

Even though it was still Winter, the air-conditioning was not working in the heating mode as they has already switched to regular mode in Feb first week. We were provided a blower/room heater when we asked for it, We should have been informed about this at check-in and not when we called the housekeeping at midnight realizing the temperature control settings were not working.

Value for money. The rats were reasonable, with the amenities above par towards superb. The restaurant has a sizeable choice . Staff were very courteous and most importantly, house keeping was prompt and excellent. Other renowned eateries, historical sites were closeby.

Please introduce local awadhi cuisine in your restaurant menu.

Location….Location…..Location…It is great place to stay when visiting Lucknow on work or pleasure. It is very centrally located and all the tourist and shopping areas are within 15-20mins from this hotel. Food is generally good.

An apology for a gym…Indian breakfast choices are not great taste…..

The hotel is excellent in everything clean comfortable staff performance food rooms very spacious and full of amenities would recommend to everyone for a good stay Specially the front desk manager Mrs Swati Chsuhan was very helpful

Food quality was superb

It’s wrongly mentioned that they have private parking for customer car’s but in actual they asked everyone to park along side road which is not even fenced or guarded. I booked one king size bed but they gave JUGAD of two single bed with two separate mattress and blankets

5 star service !! Fabulous hotel ! Welcoming and very friendly staff who are always happy to help. Very comfortable and spacious room. Lovely roof top terrace where we had a delightful dinner. I highly recommend staying here and would love to experience staying here again.
