Breakfast spread was decent. Location was close to airport but approach road was pretty bad.

Washroom was very cramped. Even the basic toiletries like moisturizer and all were not there.

Extremely expensive airport transfer.. 5 min drive 2.700 irp + tax.. exactly the same route with taxi or Uber 12-15 (twelve - fifteen) times cheaper…

I stayed one day in Mariott, and my stay was wonderful. The place was clean, and the room was comfortable. I took the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet. They served a variety of food options, and the taste was excellent. The staff is professional, friendly, and extremely attentive. The customer service was excellent. The hotel staff allowed me to check in early without any additional cost. During my breakfast buffet, the chef helped me out with food options and ingredients. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Pooja in the recpection was simply great! She was really helpful, service minded and understood how you feel when you are tired from your journey! She really made a difference for our stay - thank you! The restaurant staff was a bit slow, but that was OK as we were not in a hurry. But needed to remind them a couple of times. Close to the airport and easy to get a cab/uber. Would for sure stay here again if we are travelling from Mumbai airport.

The hotel was awesome. I stayed in the Suite room. The staff are very friendly and accommodating for all my requests. VINOD the deck manager was very helpful and arranged for our extended hours stay without any additional charges because the flight was in the evening. The breakfast buffet was great. Overall the staff service level was exceptional. Aniruddha who worked during breakfast waa very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very close to the airport and Phoniex Market City mall.

Complimentary customised tea only provided for first day. It would be good if occupant will get tea or coffee whenever needed. As room view is really nice so someone may need tea or Coffee anytime Room service dishes quality was good but it’s price doesn’t justify quantity.

One of my favourite 5 star property. The staff from the entrance of the hotel are very welcoming. The check in process was very smooth. Ms Kajal assisted me till the room and explained me all the details. I was surprised to see that the room was decorated as requested and a lovely strawberry cake which was super yummy. The runway view was the best part since I am an aviation fan. Overall experience was really good.

Rooms are comfy & clean. I think the size is just fine. Housekeeping does a great job. Breakfast is decent.

The walls are thin & it was always noisy at night. Remote didn’t work. Shower didn’t drain well. Every time i paid cash, I had to wait ages for the change. Charging service fee each time you ask for some cutlery?

Breakfast was the best part of the stay, excellent ! Location is good, very close to intl airport but it’s difficult to find even with the GPS. Difficult to find even for the taxi drivers, not known to many local people.

Lack of communication between Booking.com & the hotel. We requested hotel shuttle to be picked us up but they didn’t show up, we waited too long. Our taxi driver had so much trouble finding this place.

Location is near to the airport but difficult to navigate with ongoing road closures due to construction, particularly in peak hour allow large time to reach terminals. Staff service and drinks selection in the main bar could be improved.
