There is a good spread for breakfast consisting of local and international buffet. The standard of the food was good. Looked forward to breakfast. The staff at the restaurants and cafes were welcoming and helpful, and made the stay at mealtimes pleasant. The room was of a good size, with amenities. The airport pick by and drop off was smooth and without incidents. I felt safe and supported at the hotel, and would stay there again.

As a traveler coming from a different time zone, I needed a meal at an odd time. The restaurant was not ready for this, and was only able to offer coffee as an option. I then had to make do with finger food at the cafe. Hotel needs to have a small selection of food that could support international travelers.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Sahar with my family, and it was an amazing experience. Check-in was a breeze—everything felt effortless, like a well-tuned orchestra working perfectly in sync. The staff was patient, attentive, and always ready to help solve any problem. They went out of their way to accommodate my mother’s special requests, making her feel right at home. We even got a complimentary cab from the airport to the hotel, which was a nice touch. After a day out at BKC, the staff called my parents to check if they needed any juices or beverages, which was thoughtful and appreciated. And when we asked for four bottles of water, they gave us extra without even asking—small gestures like these make a huge difference. The hotel also offered us an extra mattress, which added to our comfort. Overall, our stay was fantastic. JW Marriott Sahar truly stands out for its exceptional service and attention to detail. I would like to thank two people who were most helpful to us as one of us was ill and they did all they could to help us. One was Lydia and the other was Sakshi at the dining room. They made life easier for us and helped us in every way. They are gems and have genuine caring personalities that made us feel welcome and cared for.

I was disappointed with the breakfast, the Western breakfast as it did not compare with the other Mariott's I have stayed in. Delhi Mariott was perfect where the Western breakfast was concerned. The eggs were rubbery and cold and I didn't find much choice I don't have Indian or other breakfasts so it was difficult for me. However the fruit choice was good.

Well designed, spacious room with every convenience. View is fantastic and room was spotlessly clean. Had access to Executive Lounge which has very slow service (except for the wonderful Balphinia) but simple, tasty buffet and drinks.

May not be suitable if sharing as the toilet is part of the main bedroom with only a movable screen separating it from the bedroom. Not every couple wants to share every intimate moment. Security at front door is a mess. Grab your bags, explain nothing - I did not feel secure.

Location, the hotel was perfect for my Stay. All the staff are exceptionally warm, and great at their tasks. I had a wonderful stay. It's the small things that count for example At breakfast at the 17th floor executive lounge I was accommodated for a later arrival, however whay was exceptional was that the Chef the next day remembered my exact order. And that's special.

This should be taken as constructive and not as any finger pointing. I do think the staff uniforms need care some come across as needing to be changed. Sorry but I had to mention it

Worst checkin experience I have had at any hotel till date, the reception looked like a fish market , there was no staff to assist to the right desk or seating lobby Also JW cafe really needs to improve the experience for customer when they are busy- didn’t even get the coffee for breakfast , kept waiting and then left JW is a renowned name and it was disappointing yo have such experience - I am sure they can work on same

We stayed 1 night in this hotel. The room was spacious and nice except it smelled like someone had smoked in it. We asked for another room but it was fully booked. The only solution was a chemical spray, but we didn’t want that. There was also a half bottle of water in the room. Like someone had drank from it. Beds were great and so was the big shower. Breakfast was very big with many options. Staff was very kind especially Kamrul from housekeeping, Varun from reception and Shruti, Khushi, Gaurav, Langiam, Aryali, Prakash and Pramod from the restaurant.

I had booked for 2 nights on the long weekend (Good Friday-Easter weekend). Check in was smooth. Reception was busy but they managed quite well. Room size was quite good with 2 queen sized comfy beds and 3 adults could easily fit in. Bathroom size also pretty good considering Mumbai hotel rooms are usually constricted. I had booked half board package and we had 4 meals at the hotel. Food variety and taste in all the 4 meals was great. The spreads were quite elaborate and after a long time i found myself enjoying the meals. The cafe where the breakfast is hosted gets very busy, but they had an alternate setup in the Grand Ballroom which catered to the rush. So overall a great experience. Highly recommended if you are transiting Mumbai as it is almost next door to the airport. Even for small stays, I found it was a great option. Shopping areas like Linking road/Bandra etc are at max 30 min away by cab. If you want to enjoy the theatre scene in Mumbai, Prithvi theatre and experimental theatres around Versova are also nearby. So in all a great hotel to be in for few nights.

Everything from checkin, to facilities, service and breakfast is up to pair with a 5 star hotel- No real complaints.

It was just issue with a fan during the night outside the room that was VERY loud, called reception and within 15 minutes it was fixed. 1 AM. So if that is a complaint? Not really. It shows Marriot delivers. Location is close to airport so it is not close to center of Mumbai- but that is pretty obvious, right?

It's the attention to details where this hotel exceeds the expectations. Small things like: at one point I needed a bag to take my cloths to pool and a nice recyclable bag was available in my room. Similarly, a lot of small things are available in hotel for which you don't have to unnecessarily call reception. Best bit about the stay was the breakfast. It's has the best breakfast option and quality I have experienced in a hotel.
