I had booked the suite room and it was good and spacious with all the basic amenities provided. The only concern I had was about the jacuzzi .while checkin if they could inform us about how to use the jacuzzi it would be more helpful. Rather than that the staff was good and were available to help us. Breakfast was included so it was a buffet system. Zomato and swiggy is also allowed which gives a option for non v g lovers as well . Menu has all the veg varieties and also jain preparations.

Your synchronization with web partners. I Booked through Booking.com, The cost was low as compared to direct booking. However, the payment realization to your bank account and receipts were not issued at the time. This created lots of fuss on arrival to the facility. Finally, when I showed the net banking transaction to your bank account the payment was agreed upon. Had there been daily receipts check and parallelly sending process of receipt to customer, this all could be avoided.

Location was good and this time choosing a super deluxe room meant we got better Towels which are apparently not provided of same quality in a delivery room.

Discriminating guests based on room type to give old and worn out towels in deluxe room vs new and clean towels in super deluxe room is something really the staff and management need to work on. On raising this issue with management they said they were not aware of such things and no one ever complained about it. Funny part is that I stayed here last week and complained about it yet they lied with a smile and sounded surprised.

The breakfast is a paid one with a variety of vegetarian options. Their in house bar has a MRP policy so entertaining guests does not become too expensive.

Hotel looks a bit aged and can do with a new coat of paint. One has to carry their own bags.

I'm happy about half board offered with the room, since their restaurant has delicious food. Breakfast variety is limited but dinner options are good.

The room cleanliness was not upto thw mark, and housekeeping could have done a better job at sweeping the room floor.
