Absolutely amazing stay - beautiful location away from the craziness of the town. A great place to enjoy the beauty and peace of Musoorie. The staff are amazing, they do everything possible to exceed your expectations at every point. A special thanks to manager Narendra for making our stay extra special. We’d had a few disappointing experiences at Marriott Jaipur and Chandigarh but our stay in Musoorie was 5*, thanks to him and his staff. We paid for a 90 minute massage on the first night in the spa which was incredible. Amazing experience. We ate at the hotel on every day we stayed - the breakfast was amazing and fresh. The dinner local thali was amazing too, many of the ingredients are locally sourced. We also loved the daily Kachodi with live music, snacks, games and food. If you have the chance, take a paid hike around the local area too, really interesting and beautiful.

The swimming pool could have been a bit warmer, it would also have been nice to use the jacuzzi for free.

The breakfast was outstanding. The food on offer was really well made and well presented. Staff went out of the way to make sure that you had a great time. Very very accommodating. We asked for fresh orange juice, which was not on choice but it was made specially for us, and repeated daily. Too good. Look out for Rishabh, hell make sure your breakfast is fab. Rashi was taking overall care of us. Housekeeping too was on par with the best. Any request was promptly attended too and lots of surprise goodies placed in the room. Mahi Majhi and Abhishek were too good. We liked the yoga every morning on the lawns, weather was great. Ritu Kumar did a great job. And the Spa again was super clean and therapists were very competent. After a long trek in the hills behind the hotel, the spa treatments were paradise.

We thought the Trout restaurant menu choices could have been wider. Sometimes connecting to reception/housekeeping took unnaturally long ten minutes. The lawns and gardens look a bit scruffy and bare, they could do with some work.

Everything was excellent. Staff was very good and courteous. They attended to our needs with care and passion. Food at restaurants was good. Chinese food could be better. Kids really enjoyed entertainment zone and indoor swimming pool. Keep up the good work!!

Staff was superb starting with manager pratiksha , that was looking after us thru out the stay was so prompt and quick with all the request we asked for , staff in restaurant was excellent too sorry couldn’t catch couple of guys name there but they were excellent.

Tbh didn’t like the timing of pool and inside pool was so small sophisticated in that area , can’t even breath in there . Special been a summer we wur looking for lot of water activities unfortunately wasn’t much was going on in Goa that time as per safety reason . After spending day out was looking forward for swim but than find out outside 1 was close . Only thing that upset all of us other than that no doubt worth spending money to stay in grand Hyatt . Already recommended all my friends business colleagues and specially mentioned about pratiksha. Was excellent in everything

Location of the resort is very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The quality of the food was good. The high tea and the live music everyday gave a nice feeling. The children play area and game options is good.

There was a strong smell of paint in the children activity area "Den". Could not be there for even 15 minutes. Gave a strong headache. The swimming pool is very small and dark in colour. Does not give a good feeling. Could have been more open air ambience. Instead everything was indoor and dark,

Would like to congratulate Akanksha, Narender and team at reception for their wonderful hospitality and understanding. Very efficient and courteous. Gave us a wonderful room with a great view. Food was exceptional - both italian and asian restaurants were par excellence. Evening snacks were a wonderful surprise. Breakfast spread was lavish. Lots of activities in the property kept us busy - bowling was fun; cricket was great. staff is super friendly and service oriented

Amazing staff and the team at JW went out of the way to make out stay comfortable . Starting with Priyanka who is in charge of reservation and guest PR - she was awesome and helped to upgrade our room and Preeti from Guest relations was awesome too in sending us cakes and gifts for our special day . Breakfast buffet is superb and Keshav there took such good care of us all 3 days . The Teppan and Trout Grill food and service was amazing too ....

Nothing much really , the only thing maybe i would say is that the corridor outside the room are a bit noisy and if you are trying to get an afternoon nap its not very quiet ...

The views of this Property are phenomenal. The viewing deck and the elevated Amphitheatre is one of the best places of this Property overlooking the mountains. The indoor temperature controlled swimming pool is an add on to the luxury. We had travelled with our little baby and the staff took extra care to ensure that we had the best vacation at Mussoorie. All the restaurants are amazing and the love music at night adds on to the beauty. A special mention to Jigyasha for a seamless check in experience and also to Mr. Shailendra for ensuring that our room needs are taken care of. All in all, it is the best property to stay in Mussorie and is an epitome of luxury.

We had the best time as a family. the property itself is gorgeous..has a lot to offer in terms of restaurants and facilities. But what truly made this holiday exceptional was the fabulous staff...a special shout out to Ajeya who made the check in and check out extremely smooth for us and took time out to show us the hotel, Gopal at the JW cafe for always going out of his way and fulfilling our demands and last but definitely not the least the housekeeping manager Waseem for being sooo fantastic and making our stay extremely comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay.
