I was mesmerized by the location of the property. Surrounded by green lush valleys, a very peaceful place far from all the city chaos. The staff was very polite and helpful. They also provide a Hotel taxi for Mall Road. The food was also good. I'll recommend everyone to visit this property for sure.

Only the path to reach the hotel is quite bad. You struggle a lot to come back from the hotel because the road is very steep and not in good condition. If the responsible management looks into it then this issue can be sorted.

We had a really great stay. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains and valley with great big windows and the side windows opened and had screens, so we left them open so we could breathe the beautiful fresh mountain air. The bed was so comfortable! The bathroom had good hot water, a blow dryer, and the room had a mini fridge, TV (not a smart TV) and a phone to call for service. Thank you to the chef for some of the best food ever! Room service was prompt and thoughtful, timing our starters and then bringing the main course after sometime. Breakfast was included in the rate and served downstairs with a view of the mountains. There was parking if you have a car or driver, though we rented a Royal Enfield for our stay. The hotel provides a free shuttle to mall road, but it has no timings and pickup was at 8:15pm which is too early. It should run till 9:00pm at least. The location is a little far from mall road, so you need the shuttle or a bike, but it was nice not to stay on Mall Road with all the honking and noise. We went out on the bike during the day to Kempty Falls and the bridge just below…a beautiful ride through the mountains. Another day, to the Company Gardens and then the Buddhist Monistery. Definitely go to the Monistery and walk up to the Buddha and then follow the paths into the clouds. It was awesome! Another day to Landour. At night we walked on Mall Road and ate in the restaurants and you can find cappuchino everywhere. We loved Mussoorie!

Shuttle pickup at night was too early compared to other properties that have 9:00pm last pickup. Yes, it’s a courtesy, but considering the property is some distance from Mall Road and competing properties have it, they should make it at least 9pm if not 10pm. We solved the problem by renting a bike. Bathroom could be cleaner with attention to the walls and corners. It would be nice if they added some books and decorations to the lobby. It’s a nice place to sit but nothing is there. Front desk could have some info on local attractions, a good local map and restaurant suggestions.

Location was the most plus point having valley & Himalayan view and most importantly silent side of massoorie ( not like mal road or other location ), food quality and variety at restaurant was also have positive side, provides facility for pick & drop to mal road, small garden area with maintained different flowering plants provides nice relaxing time.

- lift to reach 2nd floor not available, a temporary issue ( but bell boys were helpful enough ) - have to inform repeatedly to stop lift maintenance work even after 8 pm which keeps annoying. - need to repeatedly ask to provide basic room service lyk sugar, tea-coffee - restaurant incharge seems in hurry to call guests to finish timely job.

Breakfast was excellent with taste. All of the items were fresh and nicely cooked. Staff served breakfast very deligently. lunch and dinner was also good in taste. We are most happy. Property location also nice and cleaned. Property also include its own walking area for night and morning walk.

Newly visited person could get confused with some location point. Property owners can put some boards in nearby location too.

The views were amazing. Having the shuttle bus into town was essential as the hotel is out of town. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very spacious and clean.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Not very much choice.

-the mountain view rooms with large french windows.the room was spacious and clean. -i have been to various hotels and most of them have non working or missing mini fridge here it was actually working!! -the food is just amazing and value for money!!kudos to the chef. -all the requests and requirement were fulfilled by staff at one call such a jolly and cooperative staff

-its located a little away from mall road around 2 km so u need to have a vehicle. -the restaurant closes at 10pm they should consider taking order till 11pm or 12pm like most other hotels

All Great ! The ambience, location, service, food.

I expected the team to clean our room on daily basis, They might have thought to not disturb us but still a notice and a try to clean the room on daily basis when we stay for more than 3 days actually help alot.

Location and valley view was good. Best part was free pick and drop service to Mall Road

The toiletries were incomplete, morning cleaning was not efficient and worst was hotel room roof and walls had visible moisture dampness so maintenance on top floor rooms is not good.

I like the view, staff was firendly with us and with our baby . Little complain on morning breakfast as it was not that hot and we struggled get it hot, though overall food was good in lunch. It was warm and cozy place in cool masoorie. :)

Little bit far from mall road, main market to visit and spare most of the time.

Great staff at the front desk, Yummy food and superb service crew. location is perfect. great view from balcony.
