The staffs in the hotel is very kind and friendly, There is a restaurent in the hotel which the food is very good. I reached the hotel before check-in time, but the staffs there set up the room in no time and there were no early check-in time charges. I would love to stay again in this hotel if i go to Mysore.

There were tow pillows on the bed which was not so comfortable. Towels was not so comfortable (it had a unpleasant smell, but was okay to use) If there were som good toiletries (Shampoo, conditioner soap) it would have been very good.

We loved the location with sites in walking distance. The room was comfortable and with bathroom with hot water, nice window with daylight and view to a backstreet. The restaurant had decent food.

The AC made occasional noise at night even though it was turned off. People were talking loudly in the corridor at night and in the morning.

Room was more than good, it was beyond my expectations. However, the white color bedsheets and pillow covers are dirtier, should've been more Clean. Other than that rest of all exhilarating.

The location of the hotel, very close to the Mysure Palace. The front office staff was very welcoming. The quality and quantity of the complimentary breakfast was good. The toilet was clean and good.

The room looked little dusty. The AC was leaking inside the room, but it doesn't disturbed us very much as the water was dripping behind the curtains.

Staff behaviour and service. I was travelling with 2 year old the restaurant provided customized food as per our request. Breakfast Buffet which serves south Indian dishes and fruits was good.

Towels were torn and not atall usable. We were carrying our own otherwise there would have been an issue. Also bedsheets had a lot of bubbling or piling which was a bit uncomfortable to have. We asked to change bedsheet but all had same condition. Bathroom floor didn't seem very clean may be due to the tiles.

The cleanliness, helpful staff especially at the front desk , the excellent central location all made for a safe and comfortable stay. Suitable for families and solo women travellers too. Facilities were in keeping with their 3 star status. The breakfast menu features staple options that are tasty and powers one for the day. Hotel Lok Sagar is also good value for money.

Food was exceptionally good. Rooms were clean and good facilities. Value for money facility. Staff were courteous and helpful. Only issue we faced was with the basement parking. It was too steep with limited space to maneuver. Parking in front of the hotelwas limited. Otherwise a perfect spot to spend holidays.

Neat and clean, well maintained rooms. Desk executive was very polite and customer service oriented and very soft spoken sober person alongwith other staff members. Foods are reasonable and well cooked.

We, three persons were adjusted in one room little congested. More spacious wood have been better.

The ambience was good. The rooms were also good and wonderful. The reception was receptive to calls.The location was okay. I would certainly like to stay again in this hotel if I come to Mysuru again.

The resturant was not upto the mark and the preperation of the food supplied was rich in red chilli.

Breakfast is really good. The staff in the restaurant and hotel are very nice and cooperative. The location is also good near to all the main places such as Zoo and Mysore palace.

The food in the restaurant is very spicy and they don't have much variety. When we stay in the hotel they don't have tandoori items.
