There were many things to like about staying at this hotel. The most important thing is that it was clean and comfortable. The location was within walkable distance to the palace and Devraj market (walking may still be challenging for elders and very small children, however). It was within a few kilometres of every interesting place within the city. The staff were exceptionally helpful and communicative - especially the reception desk. I frequently ordered food from their restaurant and it was very tasty for me and my son. Strongly recommend the place for families. You get value for money.

There are no issues however some people may find the rooms small.

We are a family of 7 with 5 kids got this amazing property for our short vacation in mysuru...!!! We booked a family room with 2 queen bed. What to say....the stay was awesome and the hotel is very near to all major attractions. The bed was soooo comfy, and all other arrangements was very good. We requested to have an additional cot, but they gave us two and charged nothing....as their slogan "its a family hotel run by a family for the families"...I loved that...!!! We should surely mention the staffs....the management should be very lucky to have such wonderful staffs. I should specially mention the receptionist lady(Ms.Leksmi) for her caring support for us. Even though, we came back after the check out time,and we were running out of time to reach railway station after a quick fresh up, she arranged another room for us considering our need.. (Even without asking)... Being a business management faculty, I could clearly underline this hotel has got the most amazing staffs and you should consider for keeping them with you by any means.... I can't get any words to express my thanks to them.. I should also mention the staff(forgot his name- staff with pink shirt), he was very humble and ready to accept any needs. He even arranged an auto as we habe to urgently reach the railway station and no uber picked up my booking that time.We had the food for all the time from the restaurant in the ground floor and the food was good but at a slight upper side in pricing. Well done team...keep up the quality in future also... Thanks again...

Convenient location, close to inner city to see things in Mysuru Connected 2 rooms provided that helped Very friendly staff that gives accurate help Their guidance of going to KSR Dam back waters was excellent Sunday breakfast was excellent.

Cleaner bedsheets Duvets can also be cleaned Washbasin taps need adjustments else water comes at great pressure spills all over

The staffs in the hotel is very kind and friendly, There is a restaurent in the hotel which the food is very good. I reached the hotel before check-in time, but the staffs there set up the room in no time and there were no early check-in time charges. I would love to stay again in this hotel if i go to Mysore.

There were tow pillows on the bed which was not so comfortable. Towels was not so comfortable (it had a unpleasant smell, but was okay to use) If there were som good toiletries (Shampoo, conditioner soap) it would have been very good.

The location is excellent where the property stands 15 mins away from the palace by foot. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the staff was helpful during our stay. We left Mysuru with sweet memories..

The room size was smaller than what I expected from the photos posted on the app. However, this kind of thing happens sometimes.

Had a great stay. Mr. Rajesh and team was very cooperative and supportive during the entire stay. Mr. Rajesh himself a calm and composed person and the same was reflecting with the entire team. We really enjoyed the stay and felt very secured and homely. Very good for families with children. Thank you entire team for your hospitality

We loved the location with sites in walking distance. The room was comfortable and with bathroom with hot water, nice window with daylight and view to a backstreet. The restaurant had decent food.

The AC made occasional noise at night even though it was turned off. People were talking loudly in the corridor at night and in the morning.

Room was more than good, it was beyond my expectations. However, the white color bedsheets and pillow covers are dirtier, should've been more Clean. Other than that rest of all exhilarating.

Cleanliness of the bed and pillow covers, it wasn't washed properly.

The location of the hotel, very close to the Mysure Palace. The front office staff was very welcoming. The quality and quantity of the complimentary breakfast was good. The toilet was clean and good.

The room looked little dusty. The AC was leaking inside the room, but it doesn't disturbed us very much as the water was dripping behind the curtains.

Staff behaviour and service. I was travelling with 2 year old the restaurant provided customized food as per our request. Breakfast Buffet which serves south Indian dishes and fruits was good.

Towels were torn and not atall usable. We were carrying our own otherwise there would have been an issue. Also bedsheets had a lot of bubbling or piling which was a bit uncomfortable to have. We asked to change bedsheet but all had same condition. Bathroom floor didn't seem very clean may be due to the tiles.
