The space, the room, the ambience and the welcoming staff also the food Stay wise the experience was good everything in the room was Upto the mark, I booked this property also to see if I can arrange my staff meetings (outings) for a couple days (precisely for 5 days) for around 25 people.. I found it to be a decent choice

The alcoholic drinks (cocktails) I ordered for Black Russian & Churchill both tasted disaster to me .. could have been much better! The spontaneity of the staff in a few things which was already discussed with them so I am good .. Parking can be an issue I felt.. a car washer wasn’t present, was a problem for me! attention to details was missing..

- Kids play area helped to keep my 3 year old toddler entertained during the stay. - Food here is amazing both buffet as well as ala carte. - Spacious bathroom with big bathtub. - In room foot massager was my favourite. - Room service was always on time, given that we were staying during busy new year's time. - Sohum spa has good professional staff and their services were excellent. - Check-in & Checkout experience was smooth. - Location is convenient you can easily book rikshaw/ uber cab to roam nearby attractions like sula vineyards.

The room which initially allotted, was not having a functional air-conditioner. This should have checked before the room is allocated to us.

The ambience, the cleanliness, the staff and everybody's eagerness to help and assist you. The staff right from checkin to checkout was attentive to your needs and were eager to talk to you with a smiling disposition especially Mr Thakur and Pawar at the reception, Mr Bhatt, Vipul, Soma and Chavan in the dining and Rajendra, Vanita and Sampat in the Housekeeping.

No enough drinking water was ever given through we were a senior citizen couple. When asked and reminded we were charged Rs. 48 for two litres water when were paying nearly Rs 5000 per night. Ridiculous!!

Staff was Courteous, responsive and very helpful. Food was excellent, our special thanks to Food and beverages dept. Room was adequate but could be slightly bigger with at least one more easy chair since it is a double room atlas two easy chairs are expected. Only problem was locating the property on GPS because of several different addresses for same location. We are however very satisfied. Thanks.

I stayed here with my partner, and shortly after checking in, I suddenly experienced some unbearable pain, which was not subsiding. We called reception and asked them to call us a taxi to the closest hospital. Very promptly, the duty manager (Tarun) arrived at our door, to escort us to the car. He, and our driver (Rehman), both stayed with us through every stage of our hospital visit, corresponding with the hospital staff and keeping my partner up to date/fetching prescriptions. The following morning, Tagar drove me back to the hospital for a follow up scan and followed in the helpful, attentive footsteps of his colleague. The level of genuine concern, care and attention was impeccable, and really went above and beyond. We were left feeling very looked after and very grateful to this level of service, we could not fault the service at all. Had none of this ordeal happened, we would have still had a wonderful stay in a beautiful room, in a beautiful hotel. Breakfast offering provided great variety and quality and all other staff encounters very very pleasant. Would definitely return, and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This is one of the best hotel in nashik.Everything about the stay was great.The room had all amenities,it was spacious with a great view..The staff is very cordial.All the requirements are met if you plan to stay in this hotel-great food,great gym,great location etc.

The hotel is located in well manner, easy to reach. Their food is amazing! Be it breakfast or lunch or dinner, all the meals were fantastic.

The housekeeping gave us an Iron that didn't work quite well. We had to get it changed twice/thrice still the problem was the same. Would suggest them to replace their old irons and iron boards with fresh ones. Rest all ok.
