We went for the last rituals of my father. The team went out of their way to ensure seamless service. Empathy in such times speaks volume about the team. Must make a mention of Ankit Mishra , who went out of his way to ensure that we were taken care of . Extremely patient and kind and an asset to Marriot Nasik. Komal the ever smiling , sweet lady who navigated multiple requests with a cheerful and happy disposition. Om who helped us check in and went out of his way to help when he came to know the reason of our visit. Great team , also met the GM who was extremely polite and all of them made that extra effort to be warm , kind and helpful !!!

We loved it here! Firstly, all members of staff were exceptional. They were very friendly and super helpful. The hotel restaurant’s wine and food was glorious. We had lunch at the Asian restaurant downstairs and the food was delicious. Our rooms (we stayed there on two different nights) were very clean and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. And huge! We enjoyed staying there so much, that we decided that whenever we travel anywhere, the Marriott will be our first choice.

The room was thoughtfully designed. The location of the swimming pool and the views. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They also took care of our little one- from the restaurant staff to the valet service. She got a going away gift from all.. The overall ambience was pleasing..

The food was okay-ish .. The traditional local delicacy that we ordered wasn't as per our expectation. The television set wasn't a smart TV and the subscription channels had no English movie content...

The breakfast spread was vast and well-made, with fresh pancake and waffle counters, Maharashtrian, Gujarati, South Indian and continental options all available. All baked goods were eggless also.

The rooftop club didn't have music throughout the weekend, no party/nightlife, which could usually be expected. The entire rooftop area was shut. the electricity in the room also kept randomly switching off and the television channel selection wasn't good.

Breakfast and dinner was awesome. The rooms were good and specious enough. The staff were good. It would be great if the property had a front yard and backyard.

No packing option for breakfast. The behaviour and the service of the restaurant Manager was not cooperative. A loud party night on Saturday at the rooftop pool caused disturbance in the room on the 6th floor. The bass system was echoing on the room.

Clean and Good Business Hotel. Average Breakfast, Good Dinner. Classy Ambiance throughout hotel. Located Right on the highway. 2 nights stay was comfortable. Being an industrial city, saw many international travelers in the facility.

In addition to Indians, found a lot of Foreigners also in the property. Recommend to improve the choices for breakfast, by adding international dishes.

The rooms are clean and neat.. Food was quite good

Only staff was not that welcoming and hospitality was a lil on average side.. but overall all good stay.. 1) We booked 2 rooms for 4 pax’s but the management person came and started us to pay for dinner and extra room telling us that the room is booked for 2 pax’s and dinner is not included.. when i yelled on dem and told dem to check the booking first.. that time they realised everything was booked including half board meal and 2 rooms.. Staff need to be a lil alert and always cross check everything. it’s 5 star not a OYO room hotel.

There was a mixup with our booking, Pranav and his team handled the difficult situation beautifully. All during the trip there was never a no for unusual requests like extra dinner plates in room , etc. Special thanks to Shruti and others at breakfast service, moment I sat down , I was silently served with ice water, the waiter remembered it from the day before and I didn't need to ask for it Everything was done with a smile. No hesitation or sulking like we see in some hotels Will 100% stay there next time I'm in Nasik

Some of the baked things like crossiants etc need a bit of looking into.

The room was impeccable, everything worked as expected, room service and housekeeping did a decent job. Overall a good experience

We were made to wait almost an hour to get our room, though we arrived at 2pm. There seemed to be some confusion about whether breakfast was included, and even though I showed the email, I was asked.

Number one the location was great very convinient n in the centre of the city. Secondly the operations manager Mr Pranav was a great guy, prefect example of hospitality.. Also Aditya the housekeeper did a excellent job.. Kudos for that!. Finally the rooftop restaurant was great.. Awesome ambience n lip smacking food.

Not that I found one! Simply great!!!
