We went for the last rituals of my father. The team went out of their way to ensure seamless service. Empathy in such times speaks volume about the team. Must make a mention of Ankit Mishra , who went out of his way to ensure that we were taken care of . Extremely patient and kind and an asset to Marriot Nasik. Komal the ever smiling , sweet lady who navigated multiple requests with a cheerful and happy disposition. Om who helped us check in and went out of his way to help when he came to know the reason of our visit. Great team , also met the GM who was extremely polite and all of them made that extra effort to be warm , kind and helpful !!!

Breakfast and dinner was awesome. The rooms were good and specious enough. The staff were good. It would be great if the property had a front yard and backyard.

No packing option for breakfast. The behaviour and the service of the restaurant Manager was not cooperative. A loud party night on Saturday at the rooftop pool caused disturbance in the room on the 6th floor. The bass system was echoing on the room.

The rooms are clean and neat.. Food was quite good

Only staff was not that welcoming and hospitality was a lil on average side.. but overall all good stay.. 1) We booked 2 rooms for 4 pax’s but the management person came and started us to pay for dinner and extra room telling us that the room is booked for 2 pax’s and dinner is not included.. when i yelled on dem and told dem to check the booking first.. that time they realised everything was booked including half board meal and 2 rooms.. Staff need to be a lil alert and always cross check everything. it’s 5 star not a OYO room hotel.

There was a mixup with our booking, Pranav and his team handled the difficult situation beautifully. All during the trip there was never a no for unusual requests like extra dinner plates in room , etc. Special thanks to Shruti and others at breakfast service, moment I sat down , I was silently served with ice water, the waiter remembered it from the day before and I didn't need to ask for it Everything was done with a smile. No hesitation or sulking like we see in some hotels Will 100% stay there next time I'm in Nasik

Some of the baked things like crossiants etc need a bit of looking into.

Courtesy of the staff, the great selection of food at the buffet, quality of rooms, central location etc Pool, gym and other amenities were functional (and well maintained) which was also a plus. The Gym is a bit too small but then this is a small town.

Nitpicking here - the mini fridge in the room was empty and yet there was a price list kept outside. I found this strange given there was nothing int he fridge to take.

The breakfast was good. The location is on the highway and easily accessible.

1. Totally unhappy with the valet parking. Every time the driver changes the driving seat positions and I had to struggle to set it right 2. Every time my car was parked on the service road (public road). The hotel doesn't have it's own car parking facility. 3. If it is to park the car on the service road (public road) then why should I opt for valet parking?. I could have very well parked on the public road, isn't it?

Everything was perfect.. From the smooth check in to check out. The staff at the front desk including Mr Punit and Ms Priya were extra helpful. Mr Punit was very helpful in allocating me a quiet room as requested by me. The services in the restaurant and bar was exceptional and the food was excellent The valet parking staff too were very polite and efficient. The house keeping was exceptionally efficient and gave no cause for complaints The room had a comfortable bed and very thoughtfully designed lightings with perfect air conditioning

Strange that it may sound, the pillows in the room were pain the neck.

The hotel ambience is very good, clean facilities, centrally located, staff are polite and courteous, breakfast varieties are excellent and good value for money, requested for late check-out and got it approved that was a big help as we travelled to Shirdi in the morning and in the afternoon had to leave for Pune Airport - it was helpful for late check-out.

Nothing specific but there was a faulty curtain handle puller and it needs to be repaired but didn't have time to make a request.

The rooms were clean.. Breakfast was sumptuous.. I tasted all the Vegetarian items from menu.. most of them were good.. Staff was really polite and helping.

In lunch We wanted without onion garlic food.. they tried to prepare but it wasnt good. Mocktail menu had very few options... You cannot access lifts without room key???.. pool is on 8th floor.. dining is on the ground... it was very inconvenient to explore hotel facilities alone..

1. Check In - Prompt and comfortable 2. Rooms comfortable, clean prim and proper 3. Staff is the star, happy to help. I have 08 year old who has his demands of food at odd times, which were happily and promptly met. Late night maggi, hot chocolate, tiramisu, butter chicken and so on. 4. Food spread was good - Nilesh at HOG, Tapas-ji, Shivani - Chefs were really helpful in recommending special dishes. Which turned to be good

1. NO KIDS POOL 2. NO KIDS POOL 3. NO KIDS POOL. Rest was great.
