The location is very good. Cleanliness is an exceptional. Staff politeness is really helpful. The quality of food is really very good. Facilities excellent. Overall stay was an excellent. In spite of very small rooms, office work arrangement was made in compact area.

Room was very small. Toilet and bath area were separate which is surprising in current scenario. There was no space after a double bed. Limited choices in breakfast.

The rooms are small but very neat and clean..the staff is very courteous and helpful..the duty manager Rupesh and his staff is amazing..

The dining area needs to be expanded as it's too small for a 101 capacity room hotel..people had to wait until the others finished to find a place to sit and dine.please expand or move the dining area to a bigger place within the hotel..

I Liked all the facilities that were available and the services provided by the hotel and staff. Absolutely worth the value.

There wasn't anything as such but if i had to point out it would be the size of the room for 2 guests which felt congested even though we didn't have any luggage.

Staff were friendly, well-spoken and asked for feedback. Room was clean and cosy, and lighting was so nice. Coffee-to-go during breakfast was delicious

No toiletries, and weren't given any even after we asked. The corridors were pretty dirty when we arrived, and the cleaning cart was parked near our room for the entirety of our stay even though the landing on the staircase was RIGHT next to it where housekeeping easily could have kept it when they weren't cleaning. When asked about it, staff promptly told us that's where the cart is always kept (????) Breakfast was super average for me as there were barely any continental offerings and sausages were so tasteless, cold and rubbery that I wanted to cry but my boyfriend enjoyed the Indian breakfast that was available very much.

It was very nice, staff was very polite, and services were good. Infact breakfast was awesome.

The first person talked rudely seeing I'm coming as a couple and talked with Lil attitude, but at the same time he was attending person next to me with respect. But rest of the staff was very polite and respectful

Everything was great! The location, the staff, the cleanliness of the property, the rooms, the comfortable beds — all of it exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again!

The rooms feel a tad small for two adults. And there is no place to hang a towel inside the bathroom, which is a problem!

The breakfast was not at all nice. The bread was dry. The eggs orders took ages. The coffee machine malfunctioned. The parathas were dry. Only the fruit was in plenty and fresh too

Really loved the hospitality of Mr. Nagpure. He was an attendant in the dining section I believe. He was always eager to help with a smile on his face, and apologetic in case of inconvenience. Despite other guests bad attitude, he was always helpful and prompt.

The food wasn't that great. A lot things displayed on menu were out of stock, and the service was too slow. The breakfast menu had a few items which were just unpalatable.

Friendly attitude of staff made the stay memorable .
