I was impressed by this hotel because the rooms were very nice, clean, plenty of bottled water, etc. The staff were very helpful in resolving my issues and checkin and checkout were quick. I really liked the breakfast buffet as well. There was a nightclub in the same building as the hotel which was quite popular. It was easy to get Uber straight to the hotel entrance. Wi-Fi worked well.

Mosquitoes flying around the lobby. Yuck. The location is in New Mumbai, so it’s not in the heart of the city. Nothing really is within walking distance but the Uber can take you to the center of New Mumbai in a few minutes. Old Mumbai is about 30-60 minutes away depending on traffic.

House Keeping staff is extraordinary. Particularly Rajesh Gautam & Mr. Paul were outstanding. Guests need prompt service and space while cleaning. Rajesh Gautam is too good. Keep it up. It's because of people like Mr. Gautam at housekeeping that stays become memorable.

Slow service at the kitchen during breakfasts. Time gap during order placed and actually delivered is quiet irritating. Waiters are little less prompt and sort of lost. Need to upgrade their responsiveness at buffet breakfast hours.

Everything and Everyone... Room facilities, prompt house keep keeping and in room dining service staff, helpful breakfast staff, reception staff...

Nothing to complaint... Just observations if breakfast spread could be on a table, platform little lower... Slightly high for avg height person such as myself... Bathroom certain egdes need work rest all great 👍👍👍

Excellent and quiet location

The bar / pub had loud music and was not sound proof. The noise was loud that we stopped using the restaurant during the dinner. The staff in the bar / pub needs training on customer service.

The room size was very spacious. The cleanliness was exceptional. The location is very clean and peaceful. Staff are very cordial and cooperative. The Breakfast spread out was truly American style with terrific options.

Breakfast as always is brilliant. The staff is very attentive. The location is good, you get a great view of the highway and its very close to where I work, so works for me.

I really think they could do a better job on the food. Depending on what you order and your palate, you might find it a tad flat.

The hotel staff was very friendly upon arrival. The place was clean. There was ample amenities in room. Mini bar was stocked . The food was also good. Breakfast was a variety.

The breakfast although really good. Was catered more for the locals and less international cuisine.

Nicely Maintained , well structured and good facilities . A big yes for worth value for money . Swimming pool, gym - all facilities are up to d mark .

Food cost is too high and summing to it gst nd other service charges - it too costly .

The rooms are big and spacious, the location is just perfect for people targeting MIDC Taloja. It was good to see snacks and other items in a minibar set up after ages as most hotels have stopped this.

Nice clean basic hotel. Food and other amenities definitely over priced

staff at restaurant was lethargic. whenever we asked for something they will roll their eyes and ask others to get it. not interested to serve.
