A huge thank you to our host! He was VERY kind and helpful. In addition to the normal check in and out process, he offered us highly detailed information about tours, and even helped make us a travel plan. The breakfast was nice (indian style) every day and the front garden was peaceful. The property is protected by a security checkpoint and is nice and secure. Bottled water was provided free of charge at all times and everything we needed was taken care of right away. We did not have local currency and the host lent us enough money to get taxis, enjoy the first day, visit the exchange office, and return to the accommodation! The owner even helped us AFTER our stay with his local knowledge when we needed something. This was the first place we stayed after arriving in India and it was the perfect landing spot. Excellent communication, always available to answer questions and help if needed.

Ajay was the best host! Good communication and advice on transport before arrival, made me a personalised day plan to visit the highlights nearby on my first day and even lent me money as I didn't have any atm luck yet. Drove us to (many..) ATM the next day and showed us the shortcut to walk to the train station. Room is very large and beautifully decorated and clean. Breakfast was fresh, local and delicious. Nice safe neighboorhood to walk alone as a woman.

Nothing, maybe the price which was a little high for India but maybe Delhi is more expensive than the rest of Rajasthan

We enjoyed our stay here very much. After reading some horror stories, this accommodation exceeded our expectations. It's in a good location, close to interesting sights. Lot's of taxis available too. We slept good on the firm beds. Indian (fruit, chai, flatbread and yogurt dip - it's probably called different in Indian though lol) and Western (fruit, toast, jam, egg, coffee, cereal) breakfast is simple but tasty. Ajay the host, was amazing. Very accommodating and helpful. This made us feel comfortable in a pretty overwhelming city as Delhi. He helped us get a taxi at 3am in the morning with a reliable service. The room is clean, decent size, has a little desk, chair, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. I also liked that there were a few books and magazines. Not too much noice at night, I could sleep without my ear plugs :p.

As traveling is already polluting in it's own way, during travels I like to make the more sustainable choice whenever possible. It was very nice there was water available, but a suggestion would be water filling stations for people to fill up their own bottles instead the use of single use plastic bottles.

Exactly what we had hoped for - a quiet place that felt like a home in the midst of a busy city. Ajay is a great host - helped organize a guide for an afternoon walking tour in Old Delhi for us. We had two rooms for our family near rear patio, with a separate space for breakfast in the morning. The Wifi was strong. Transport to other parts of city (Uber, tuk tuk) not a problem, and we were close to many things to see; Humayun's Tomb is a short walk nearby. Lovely leafy streets - would happily stay here again.

Ajay is nothing short of a great human being. As it was our first time in Delhi, he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and provided us loads recommendations of what to do in the city. Eleven is a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still a short distance from some famous monuments (i.e. Humayuns Tomb). I would not stay anywhere else next time I'm here. Do yourself a favor and stay here instead of a hotel - you will never get this kind of thoughtfulness and consideration at a hotel stay!

We booked for proximity to the train station but that's not the only great thing bout this location - it's in a lovely leafy suburb which was quite quiet for Delhi. Short walk to Humayun's Tomb and Sunder Park - really nice attractions. Host AJ was great and helped with a day plan for us and arranged a cheap taxi to airport. Delicious breakfast. Spacious, quiet rooms. Would stay again.

Wouldn't change much. Not much of a communal/social vibe, if that's what you're looking for. Probably a bit expensive vs other similar places in Delhi.

The place is located within walking distance from Nizamuddin railway station, in a very quiet area. The room is very spacious, clean and quiet, the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Communication with the host Ajay is easy and quick. Ajay is very kind, welcoming and honest. There was an overbooking problem with our reservation, which was dealt with by Ajay very efficiently and professionally. Ajay offered us one night for free in a neighboring guesthouse of the same standard as his place, and in addition he dropped us off at the train station in the morning. I have no hesitation in recommending this place for a stay in Delhi.

It was a very good stay, really better than the first we had book in this city. The room was very clean and well arranged. WIFI works perfectly as hot water in the bathroom. All the furnitures were clean. The towels, the sheets, the mattress were new. Bed was confortable. There were full of bottles of water in the room when we arrived. The location is very quiet (it's rare in this city) and easy to find. The owner was very nice and responded quickly. Indian beakfast was good (but a bit more spicy could be great). We stayed only 1 night, but if we want to stay again in Delhi, we won't hesitate to book again in this B&B.

Beautiful room, a welcome respite in Delhi, great breakfast and Ajay and the ladies who help run the place were all brilliant. Lots of good advice from Ajay on cost of transport and things to do, also stored our bags for a week while we went to other locations in India

The breakfast room is small so it isn't as easy to interact with other travelers as we might have hoped, but that is the only thing i could have hoped for on top of a fabulous stay

The stay was really comfortable @ Eleven, except the train sounds sometimes at night as the NZM station is near (not an issue just noted). Located @ secured area. The room is clean and the food provided is tasty as it is at home. My early check in and late check out was accepted as this i have to highlight mainly when u stay with ur family. Mr. Ajay and his staff were very courteous during the stay and straight forward with guests with what can be done and what not (never an issue) On the whole a great stay @ Eleven and will recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and secured stay near Nizamuddin Rly station.

The staff were a little slow in request, as asked for tea in the afternoon ( as i don't like instant tea ) also asked for an extra omelet, both never came. ( Anyhow that won't be an issue for me, but worth the mention)
