The hotel is in a very safe gated community in central Delhi. Sunder Nagar market is only 5 minutes away with an array of antiques and jewelry shops and two famous tea shops. Ueber is easy to order, entry to the colony at night is through a central gate with security guards. Bottled water is provided every day and one can order food and drink from the kitchen. Room was clean, everything in the bathroom worked fine. Staff are very helpful.

There is no fridge in the room, but that is only a minor issue. The single beds are a bit narrow, so not that comfortable for a larger person.

Toooooo costly and NOT Value for Money. Staff was not sufficient enough to serve the guests and the owner did not have a professional approach to the business. Their dinning culture is quite stingy ( Eg: No curd/onions-lemons/pickle with biriyani) No proper House-keeping Outside food not allowed even though in-house restaurant is off No mirrors in the rooms Complimentary breakfast you have only two options that too not unlimited.

Sweta at reception was amazing! She used her Indian persuasion skills over the phone to turn around a ‘no show’ of my driver for a 4-day golden triangle tour. I had booked and prepaid the trip and was waiting for a pickup at the hotel but no one showed up so it looked like a scam from the tour operator. After a lot of hassling she made sure the tour operator sent the driver so I could enjoy an amazing trip, all thanks to Sweta’s intervention. Thank you Sweta!!!

A beautiful freshly renovated villa, with impeccable rooms, in a very calm and peaceful location in an otherwise hectic and noisy city. The staff was very kind and helpful, almost everyone spoke good English. Very high standards for a relatively reasonable price.

You are basically dependent on tuk-tuks and taxis to move around.

It was very pretty and in a nice quiet area. Rooms immaculate.

They seemed understaffed. A couple people trying to do everything so things took a while. The restaurant had food, but often got orders wrong, or had to ask several times. Also, the ground floor at least was kinda loud at night

The neighbourhood is amazing- quiet and very beautiful and very close to Humanyun's Tomb and faurly close to Khan Market. The rooms were amazing, great shower with hot water and very clean.

The breakfast was bad. The cost of laundry was exorbitant.

All fine. Wonderful and helpful staff. Good food at the restaurant.

There were loud conversations at the reception. Staff seemed oblivious to how their voices carried to my room across the uncarpeted hall.

Location is perfect, area is exceptionnally calm and secure for Delhi. Kahn market, Humayun tumb, lodi gardens, museum of modern art....are close cleanliness comfort kindness of the lady at the check in

breakfast could be improved. Not bad but not amazing

Quiet neighbourhood and very nice staff

Most rooms' window points towards a wall, so there is no view on the garden. Not really a problem if you want to spend most of your time out.

Peaceful, upscale, gated neighborhood; large parks for strolling just steps away; unique shops within compound; short cab ride to multi faceted, high end Kahn Market.
