Rooms were very comfortable, and once you’re able to actually find the hotel its location is quite good.

Seriously difficult to even locate. We landed in T1 and had to take a rickety bus to T3, but there were no signs for the hotel anywhere outside. You have to go through security to even enter the terminal and the guards had no idea what this hotel was. Inside the terminal there were no signs either. We finally found an information desk and the gentleman told us it was located all the way behind check in counter A - there was an inconspicuous unmanned desk behind a corner. When someone from the hotel came down you had to go through a lot more useless ‘security’ checks - people pointlessly writing down flight numbers. This hassle took like 45 minutes, time I could have spent sleeping. Inform your guests properly before arrival where to go and what to expect.

It was conveniently located inside the airport premises so one did not have to travel thru Delhi traffic to for an overnight stay. Their meet and greet facility was good. The staff were very polite and helpful offering an effective hospitality experience. The level of cleanliness was exceptional and the room was just right for an overnight stay. The dinner experience in the restaurant was good. The menu was fairly varied. The food was well prepared and tasty. The breakfast was good, standard Indian hotel fare. The checkout and billing was smooth.

The property was not as close to the baggage carousels as was made out in the Internet pages. If we didn’t have a wheelchair attendant we wouldn’t have found it easily. There seemed unnecessary security checks before checking in. Hardly pleasant after a hard day’s travel. There was no wheelchair available at the hotel and I had to walk about a kilometre to the checkin counters the next morning.

When I arrived at the airport i was met by member of staff called Anand who was there to help me with my booking. I had mistakenly booked to stay at the international hotel rather than the domestic hotel! I had emailed the hotel to tell them of my mistake and Anand had already sorted it out and changed the booking for me. He then took us to the correct hotel, checked us in and arranged to take us to the check in desk with emirates the following morning. Fantastic service! Anand was very calm, professional and helpful, just what we needed after an exhausting day.

Very expensive drinks in the restaurant.

Once inside the hotel lobby the staff is very professional & courteous. Although my room was quite small it was VERY quiet, very modern & nicely updated. Comfortable bed & pillows. Very nice bathroom. I had a nice view overlooking the busy airport below. I slept very well.

Very unorthodox, confusing, unfriendly & lengthy process of entry through security & baggage check in through (I guess) employee entrance of airport. They get top dollar because of location but from what I understand there is now at least one other MUCH less expensive option inside T3 of airport (?). The restaurant food & service (dinner, breakfast) were disappointing with the coffee machine & actually excellent coffee the best part of the breakfast experience. The semi discoloured area rug in my room had seen better days - the room would be much nicer without it. Ultimately, one is paying for convenience which for some will be very worth it.

Situated within Terminal 3 saved a lot of time when getting my connecting flight 12 hours later. Once located the hotel representatives near the transit security checkpoint, i was quickly taken upstairs to have luggage screened before going into the hotel. The process took around 20 mins from meeting the rep to getting into the room. The rep kindly assisted with my luggage. Checkin staff very friendly Room had 2 bottles of complimentary water, which was welcomed after a long flight. The bathroom was stocked with handvwash, shower gel, shampoo, and dental hygiene kit. Sonu was the rep during my checkout and assisted me with my luggage all the way to the other side of the terminal to where my flight checkin counter was located. He was very friendly. I will use again on my return journey

The room was quite small with a single bed, for the price i was expecting more, but for an in transit stay, it was acceptable.

Had some food in the bar. Chicken burger was one of the best ever with views over the taxiway. Very friendly & efficient staff

It’s a pity their system does not use WhatsApp. If you are coming from the domestic terminal 1. You have to ring the hotel to be escorted in as security refuses Point blank to let you in. I was using a data plan so phone calls were impossible except by WhatsApp. I had to plead my case for 20 minutes solid to persuade security to ring someone in the hotel. Truthfully it would have been easier to get in my local bank with the double security locks. If there was some way easier to get to hotel reception it would make experience better

Very convenient location for the transit purposes. Clean, comfortable room.

Staff shortage. Breakfast was served in the room early in the morning at about 5AM. The items I checked on the breakfast list the night before was not brought in full. Coffee served was very little. I had to call several times to get the breakfast on time since my flight was very early in the morning. Front desk was late in responding. The signage at the international arrival gate was very small, easy to miss. Please put up a bigger, easily visible sign by the gate in the international arrival area.

Its littlerlary in the airport, modern and clean, but you can not leave the hotel once you check in and its a hassle to get in and out, many scans and you need to be guided by staff. Wifi was slow/not working. Food was ok price and tasted quite good for the fact that we ordered late at night. Helpfull and friendly staff. Not allways that you get a view out, we got to the inside of the terminal but for our layover of 12hours it was ok, we sleep anyways.

Bad wifi, cant leave the hotel when checked in. Checkout 2,5 hours before flight leaves, so 30 min before chekin even starts and we could have slept that time instead...

Convenient location for early flights. I arrived on a domestic flight in the evening and had an international flight in the morning. The desk was easy to find after leaving the domestic arrivals and I was brought up to the hotel in 10 minutes. Dinner was good, room was decent enough for a short night.

Breakfast was very disappointing. The pastries were incredibly dry and there was not much choice in general. I saw another guest eating an omelette when I left, which I did not know was an option as the staff didn't mention anything. The person at reception when I arrived was not as friendly as the other staff encountered. He just gave me my room key but no other info about dinner or breakfast or check out. He was very in a rush it seemed, even though I was the only one checking it at the time.

The staff when I found them were great. Pradeep Jena and the man on the front desk were very helpful and professional and understood why I was annoyed.

I was annoyed because prior to your arrival the hotel sends you a note telling you to "reach out" to +91 1145252000 at the Delhi Airport but NO ONE answers the phone. I called six times and no one picked up. Delhi Airport is not a small place. I had to ask many many Airport staff for directions. It was great to finally meet Pradeep as he understood. So again, thumbs down for management and thumbs up for staff.
