I stayed for one night at Red Fox hotel and can highly recommend it. The rooms are warm and very clean. Everything you need on sanitary utilities is provided as shampoo, body lotion, toothpaste and toothbrush. The bed was comfortable and I slept very good. Indeed you hear other guests walking and talking on the floor, but Indian people are a bit noisy. I had Ohropax. Breakfast was good too. Coffee, tee, a lot of fruits and curd for me. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helping. They asked me several times if I want to eat something else or they can prepare something extra for me as I ate only fruits. To go to the airport I booked a uber for 240 rs. As I gave a location on the opposite site of the hotel by mistake and the receptionist sent someone to bring the taxi to the main entrance of Red Fox.

Room size was a dampner. The breakfast could have been better. Staff were attentive and extremely courteous. People with different abilities being employed was inspiring. Also the staff were courteous taking care of a dog (named Sweta) in the vicinity of the property with care exemplifying hospitality and care in attitude and actions.

24 hour checkin in check out in the realsense could be there. We arrived at 2 am in the morning and till 2 pm only we could stay. There on till 5 pm it was payable. It could have been avoided in our case - A real time room management could be done

Staff was very nice and I got complimentary rides and breakfast (mine was a lengthy stay in Oct 23). Best part is they are concerned about environment and have a sign that says that bed sheets will be changed after 3 days only. Makes a lot of sense. No small plastic bottles in the bathroom either. My 2nd stay was on a floor that has been renovated. It was excellent.

To be asked by staff to do a nice review. Not professional. Regardless, I think it is a very nice hotel in Aerocity Delhi.

food quality is not up to mark

All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Made my first trip to India very comfortable. I was impressed with the assistance given by Kajol and Gyan. I will definietly stay again. Also kudos to hiring those with disabilities. Lalit (bus boy) was so kind and knew exactly what to do. Also the food was delicious and a great variety was offered thanks Vijay for your hard work it pays off.

Nothing I can complain about.

Convenient location, 10 minutes drive from airport. Reasonable breakfast for a quick overnight stay. Good for staying if you want to be close to airport for flights, not suitable for vacationing.

Property looked old, especially the bathroom with a bathtub that had the shower; it that looked dirty. I did not want to shower even after a long flight.

Stay at Redfox was superb ! Excellent staff & everyone in the property is extremely helpful & always ready to attend to any need with a smile. Kajol at Front Desk is an absolute diva, love the fact that she remembers all her guests by name & greets the moment someone enters at the lobby. Clearly depicts true hospitality.

Wi-Fi Signal

staff are very friendly. Even though breakfast and dinner was not in my package, it was provided complementary by the hotel. Siddhart at the front desk was particularly very helpful.

Buffet dinner and breakfast options are limited. however I think for the price they have quoted it is reasonable. Room is very small. Other than that stay was very comfortable.

Convenient location close to the airport and a quick walk to the airport express metro. Also close to Aerocity restaurants. The hotel also allowed us to check in a couple of hours early.

The taxi offered by the hotel to get to the airport was very expensive. We used the metro.

Breakfast is awesome. It's where the flight attendants stay.

Cconfusing about whether breakfast is included or not. Paid extra for one day but not the second day
