Very good selection for breakfast. Excellent attentive staff. Really enjoyed our short stay.

The bespoke orders at breakfast were slow, and the waffles were a bit overcooked.

Breakfast buffet was good and extensive with a lot of options.

Nothing

The hotel by itself is the best you could ask for. The pool, fool and staff were great. But the room is very tiny. It’s almost like you’re crawling through the space. It’s just a foot distance in between the wall and the bed. Even the bathroom is very tiny. Once you keep your suitcase there little bit space left is gone. Photos are deceiving. They’ve taken it in a wider angle to show it bigger but it’s probably less than half of what it is. There is no space for a spare bed if needed.

Change the pics of the rooms so people know what they’re up to. Not all can manage in a tiny room.

Centrally located in the city. Sidewalk Cafe cakes and pastries exceptional. Italian cuisine very good. Lebanese food is delicious.

Chinese cuisine has too many chillies that kills other essential flavours. Indian cuisine is heavy with too many spices which makes the vegetables or meat or fish tasteless. It is important that spices remain ingredients that enhance the dish not become the main dish. In general the hotel has aged and needs an overhaul. A new modern and efficient building will make it a landmark as in decades ago. Staff skills sets are varied and more rigorous training can set it right. It is not impossible.

We stayed in room 335!!. The whole atmosphere of the hotel and their willingness to please was exceptional! They made us feel welcome and respected from the minute we arrived there. Breakfast was included on our booking and it was great, a huge range, again staff were so happy to please, nothing was too much to ask. Food from the restaurants and room service was a little too expensive but what could we do?? having said that the food was very very good though. All we can say is do yourself a favour and stay there, treat them well and you will be repaid tenfold!!

only the cost of the food was a little high but put up with it as no other alternative. The rest was 150% good!!

The room was exceptional

Waiters' service was different. I think their service should be on the same level. I mean you get different approaches with different waiters. For example, I look for something in the buffet but is not available. I asked a waiter, he answered that we got only what we had on the buffet. However, when I asked another waiter at the same time, he told me to wait and needful has been done to my great satisfaction and surprise.

I actually upgraded my room to a Junior Suite, so it was a nice, big room, separated into a living room section and a bedroom section. The breakfast spread was very impressive, but all the staff in the restaurant were very helpful in accommodating our special requests, which was great

Because of a young toddler, we actually could not use the additional facilities, which came with the Suite, so cannot comment on those. The In-Room Dining Food quality was good and the kebab was good, but not that great.

The staff were fantastic at breakfast and offered to get any food or drinks and even had recommendations based on my taste. The layout of the hotel was good too.

Nit picking really but the Japanese restaurant was very smokey from the cooking and the vapour got ingrained in my clothes. It really needs better air extraction in this room

Location, food, hotel is beautiful Staff very nice ready to help but a little bit slow, often u have to wait a long time. Confortable bed and room.

Overall the hotel is clean but the cleaning during our stay was so so could be improved but it is definitely not dirty place.
