The hotel was really beautiful in architecture and facilities excellent. The gym ( something of great importance to me) was very good. Of course the pool was freezing but that was expected at this time of year. Staff were extremely helpful. Front office staff were particularly good with prompt, responsive, courteous service and they always went out of their way to help. There was adequate variety at breakfast to accommodate variable tastes. So I like a relatively light healthy breakfast and it was available. The room was great. It even had a nice view of the park. A bonus.

An extra pillow would be good. The cleaning staff on occasion misunderstood us. Definitely more coffee in the room. Better coffee and a french press would add a touch of class. Also UHT liquid milk in the fridge would add to that. I am not sure how expensive that is in Delhi, so may be its not possible. Again with the gym also a slight upgrade would take it from good to excellent. A good leg press and a better multi gym ( commercial grade) would take it up to 5 stars. None of these comments are in the "didnt like" category. just thoughts to make an superb overall stay move up to extraordinary.

My recent stay at Jaypee Hotel in Delhi exceeded all expectations, leaving me thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the accommodation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a luxurious stay. Dining at Jaypee Hotel was an absolute delight, with a diverse range of culinary offerings to suit every palate. From sumptuous local delicacies to international cuisine, the food was consistently delicious and expertly prepared. Furthermore, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to explore the vibrant city of Delhi, with major attractions and transportation hubs just a stone's throw away. Overall, my experience at Jaypee Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Delhi, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The people in the resturant did everything to help me. I got to delhi sick and the doctor told me to eat specific food. This food wasn't in the hotel menu, but the chef and staff made me a personnel meal by request and in a good price. They were very thoughtful and i left delhi feeling much better because of them. Also, the hotel is in a great location, close to the metro, a beatuifal park, and a movie theatre and a little market. Of course, it is also close to the airport. The hotel also has a great pool. All in all, a great expirience. Almost everybody in the hotel staff do everything they can so that you will feel welcome and happy. Above all. The people in the kitchen and the chef.

The hotel was having work done between 10- 18. Sometimes the work started earlier and also was finishd later. I had to call reception to make the work stop more than once. And than it stoped. But it is obvious that the work manager didn't care so much about the promised time frame for the work. Annoying.

I liked that I saw professional women working the front desk. I really enjoyed my spa services and dining experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean and staff extremely accommodating and helpful. I had pre-arranged airport pickup from another vendor. When I had challenges connecting with my ride. The Jaypee was able to discern my driver & notify him how to connect with me. This was 3:00 a.m. and I was grateful.

Services required separate cash payment rather than adding to room charge. This may be common practice.

Everything was absolutely excellent. Very kind,professional, helpfull and patient staff,for example-one of receptionists gave us valuable advice on exchanging denominated banknotes, another arranged tickets for us to the New Delhi Zoo because we could not make the payment ourselves on the website. Food in Cafe Bistro was always delicious. In general, I really regret I couldn't spend there more than 14 days

The amenities were excellent: gym, spa, outdoor pool. Very nice! Room was very comfortable with a nice shower. Great location if you need to be close to airport, there is a beautiful park next door greatfor walking/jogging. The best experience by far was because of a staff member named Samir. He went above and beyond to help me solve a problem where I had left an item on the airplane, he managed to find it and came fo the airport with us to retrieve the item. I never would have gotten it back without him help, I was so grateful, his hospitality was exceptional. Thank you, Samir!

There is construction happening and it was in very loud inside our hotel room between 10am-6pm.

room service breakfast was good, although charged. Also other room service food, good plentiful.

Housekeeping service. Very stingy with drinking water supply. Only one bottle per day for two persons. When requested to provide additional two bottles, they provided only one, not once but against all 3 days requests. Also, the bathroom amenities were only for one person, not replenished during 3 days stay. When requested for additional, they reluctantly and upon repeated request gave one extra body lotion!!!

Everybody was very kind, big room, water included, good location next to marketplace, good contact with the touring desk for a tour in Delhi and to Agra with a very nice and polite driver. Nice view to the park.

The transfer from / to the airport was not included and even with a room upgrade there was only one way transfer at the arrival included, for the way back I had to pay again 2400 Rupies. As in some other big hotels you cannot open the window.

The hotel has very friendly, helpful staff. House keeping try hard to please. Laundry services was good. Good choice of food. Breakfast tasty! Got the hotel wheel chair for my friend who had hurt her ankle. Spa was lovely. I had a massage+steam+shower. Nice robes and polite staff.

Would be better if had more staff at breakfast times as restaurant gets very busy for staff to manage. But they still serve with a smile!

We arrived later than expected and were upgraded to a suite with a balcony. Unfortunately we only had one night so weren't able to appreciate the hotel to its full potential. The room was beautiful, very large, immaculately clean and all facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable and room service prompt. Breakfast was delicious with a huge array to choose from as well as opportunity to order fresh produce. Staff were all very professional and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
