An upscale hotel. Best hotel breakfast ever. Room was large and very nice. Most of the staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Lots of seating in the lobby. Security guards monitiring all entrances.

A couple staff members seemed grumpy. Hotel is like a fort, with security guards discouraging any guests from walking into adjacent neighborhoods. There is an abandoned hotel next door. I received a 1+1 IMFL coupon to use at the bar, and it still cost me about 1800 rupees.

The rooms were comfortable, good water pressure, reasonably good lighting. The staff provided appropriate bedding for a family after some discussion, which was great. The restaurant staff were exceptional, and they were quite happy to give a decent discount on the buffet dinner, which was very good, particularly the deserts.

No hair dryer in our room

Conveniently located, plenty of shops and malls around. Good security excellent staff all around. Right from the entrance we were met with a friendly and lovely smile from security and Mahendra and Dheeraj and then during the whole stay from room service staff, to cafe/restaurant staff, chefs and reception every single person was there ready to help, invite and make us feel welcomed and cared for. My kids loved the stay, enjoyed the food and liked all the talks with everyone around. Thank you all for making our time there comfortable and special.

front office staff is helpful and understands the priorities

IRD staff is horrible in behaviour, food ok with regards to what they charge, no professionalism and extremely rude. even if you have DND you can expect IRD guys to come and ruin your privacy by constantly ringing the bell and ask for money for food ordered else u can’t eat in piece. high time for them to improve and act on it.

The hotel was very nice. Very helpful staff particularly with helping me with the needs of me and my Baby. Staff were very flexible and accomodating. We arrived very early hours of the morning after a long flight and delays at the airport so my baby was exhausted and very unsettled. The staff allowed my family to continue check in whilst they took me and the baby to the room to allow me to settle her. We appreciated this so much. Staff in the restaurant and reception were so helpful. The breakfast was very nice and varied. Room was very comfortable.

Used as an airport hotel for just 1 night, easy enough to get into town to meet up with friends that evening and great for airport transfer the next day.

Bar man tried to charge me 300 rupees more than the menu price said for my glass of wine, when I pointed it out he offered me 10% of the price, eventually he cancelled the sale and put it through at the correct price.

This is the best place to stay in Gurugram! The location is great (10 minutes from Ambience Mall), the facility is clean, comfortable, and the staff are super friendly! Karmveer at the front desk even upgraded me to a deluxe room for free! The food is delicious and offer very good value for money (I had dinner and buffet breakfast). Highly Recommended, for both business and family stay!

The response of the RDM to my suggestion

The service at the bar and the restaurant where I had to call the staff to take my order instead of the team being proactive and coming to me to take the order. I gave this suggestion to the RDM (Piyush), and he apologised and took prompt action. The AM F&B Balawant Gariya also met me later.

Overall, everything was fantastic. While the bathrooms could be maintained a bit better, everything else was excellent. I must commend Balwant for his excellent service in delivering the food on time and to the cheff who made the butter chicken. Best, I ever had in Delhi.

In general hotel staff was very professional and helpful. Especially Assistant Manager Ms. Amen helped us a lot, I personally want to thank her.. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was mostly Indian food, maybe more continental elements can be added.
