Courteous staff and prompt in service. The room was clean to the stardards of the money paid... good location without noise at all in the room. Food was good but expensive, not to the stardards of the money paid. Albeit far from my exam center, but they helped me get a bike and quite affordable. Good value for Money! I enjoyed my stay.

Just outside the hotel so many people and idlers.... being a lady and new in the place I didn't like how the people outside handled strangers...I chose to stay indoors if not going out for something important.but that's not the hotel's problem. Expensive food, but looks cheap! Anyway, good value for Money.

I’ve been to Delhi several times & it’s hard to find a nice budget hotel with good location. Raj Mahal Inn was clean, comfortable, within easy walking distance to the train station, and I felt safe there as a solo female traveler. The staff was helpful & nice, helping me get a last minute train ticket too. The rooftop restaurant food was tasty and I did not get sick! I would return when in Delhi.

Nothing really

Very friendly staff. They speak Bengali and very helpful. Rooms are wide enough and toilet is clean and specious. A bit hard to find it but let me guide you. Just take the ally beside Axis bank ATM from main bazar road and keep going. Take the right turn in Y junction. When you are out of the ally, there is your hotel. Onnce you get to the property once it is easy to find. The ally is not clean though. But the hotel is nice.

They did not came for cleaning everyday unless you ask them to. You need to call the reception to turn on te AC. The ally on the way to hotel is dirty, there is a public open urinal at the start of the ally.

The location is not in the main road but this is just a minute walk from the main road hence the rent is almost half. However, the staff took care of transferring our luggage. And the location is not middle of no where, there are other hotels and restaurants. The only thing is the hotel doesnot have 24x7 hot water. They turn the boiler on twice. However, on request, they turn it on as well. The hotel is safe for family.

Owner and staff extremely helpful, the beds were very comfortable. Positioned very near the main bazaar but on a less hectic side street. Well maintained tidy premises. Front dest personnel very helpful if any problems arise. The rooms are competitively priced.

The roof terrace is tidy and well maintained but a few tables and chairs would make it great place to sit in the good weather.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Raj Mahal Inn, I stayed previously and would definitely return if visiting Delhi. The Staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is within minutes of the main bazaar but set back from the busy streets. I used their airport pickup service which was very reliable. A home from home.

Everything was just fine.

My room at Raj Mahal Inn was beautiful - really comfortable bed, very clean and lovely bathroom. Lovely big windows - and everything you need. It was very quiet and I slept really well. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The best thing about the hotel is staff member's behaviour with customer..... they are very much polite and helping nature and they are good in hospitality..... thanks shams you help me alot and guided me in correct way during my visit to Delhi...!!

Please try to arrange the lift... hahaha but it's ok we have to do some exercises:-)

The bed was most comfortable. Hot water. Very helpful staff.
