Upon arrival we were given a free upgrade to a suite which was really spacious. The overall staff are very friendly and helpful and the front desk staff worked hard to make our staff comfortable, adding an extra night to our stay beyond our original reservation dates. The main lobby is set up so you can relax if your waiting for transport or have already checked out and it has lots of place to power your phone. The location is really good with lots of restaurants and stores right out the door of the hotel and the metro station is within walking distance. T'here is a real cross section of travellers staying at the hotel so it has a cool international cross roads kind of vibe.

The street is really noisy with all the honking cars so when your eating in the restaurant upstairs sometimes the noise can be really intense but hey, its Delhi! The staff are friendly and helpful but you also get the feeling that they are all expecting a tip for every little thing they do to help you which can feel uncomfortable after awhile.

Location of the Hotel is Good, Just taking care of your belongings because this is main market area, I have lost my iPhone, I think pick pocketer has stolen my Mobile.....

The hotel is right in the middle of the historic Paharganj neighborhood, which includes a busy, bustling bazar. It’s a 10 minute walk from the main train station/metro, so it’s incredibly easy to get here from the airport. The staff is super friendly; they have a 24/7 restaurant with excellent food and a balcony where you can enjoy your meal while looking down at the street. There’s also a tourist desk where you can book tours, exchange money and set up a sim card. Our room was quite spacious and it featured a fish tank! Great value for the money, highly recommend. Bonus point: the rooms are sound proof so you can rest peacefully; barely any noise from the street makes it through.

Good quality for price, considering the area. Spacious room. Very kind and helpful staff at reception, especially Mr. Rajr who also helped me organize transport to the airport. Good food with acceptable prices and efficient room service with no hidden fees. I felt safe and comfortable as a solo female traveller.

The stay could have been improved by having a heater in the room (it was a little bit cold and there wasn't even a hairdryer in the bathroom).

Great location, good restaurant and hotel premises were just fine. Very nice and helpful staff allowing us to check in a bit earlier. Shower is with hot water but you might need to wait a bit before it starts running in yours. Will definitely book another night on my way back.

Window in the room cannot be opened which makes the room to feel bit humid. And the street is pretty noisy also during the night, but a pair of ear plugs can fix this.

Very nice location for those traveller, who like busy life of the Main Bazaar in Delhi. The hotel is well secured. It is quite old but is still comfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfasts are not available. I had a very late check-in and the hotel was in touch and made check-in in the middle of the night without any problem. Mr. Rajiv from the reception desk was particularly hospitable and friendly.

It is quite old. Some travellers can be disappointed with the surroundings, but it shopuld be kept in mind that this is the main Bazaar of Delhi.

The staffs are gentle and professional so it was comfortable for us because they were not so close with us. The property location is so amazing because it’s located on the center of Main Bazaar street where is magnet for backpackers around the world, you can definitely feel “We are here in India”- chaotic and energetic city. Moreover the room was enough clean and quiet.

The room’s door wasn’t easy for us to open, it was broken. The toilet paper was few, not enough. Furthermore the ventilation fan in the bathroom was not clean, so dirty brown water dropped just once.

My comfort levels met my expectations with great service. Its completely value for money. Everyone was friendly and supportive and dont bother you at any cost. Even they helped us for early check-in with out any charge. You can get everything nearby the hotel itself, as it was a market area but the hotel remains calm and cool. Last but not the least, I want to specially mention "VIRENDRA KUMAR" who helped us by converting online cash to raw cash by crediting into his own account. He walked for some distance and withdraw the ammount for our comfort. I noticed a senior in reception murmuring like "why do you take care of this, leave it and say you dont have any raw cash" but Virendra said "THEY WERE OUR GUESTS, WE NEED TO TAKE CARE ABOUT THEM" ❤️. Such a great person, hope he see this and accept my regards ☺️

I dont know whether my room or the entire hotel is facing the wifi connectivity issue. It makes me irritated at most of the times, even Airtel wont gives you any results there. Thats the only disappointment I felt :(

the staff was nice and really helpful, good location, all facilities, good value for money, hot water, clean rooms, fast room service, accessible with all kinds of transport, secure, I highly recommend

There was a little misunderstanding between Booking and the hotel about the price for a room for 2 with an extra bed or room for 3 but the hotel was really convenient

Hotel staff was courteous, cooperative and efficient. Cleanliness in the Hotel in general and in the room in particular was good. Location is fantastic. It is very close to 'New Delhi Railway Station' and 'Connaught Place'.

Restaurant needs a lot of improvement, though they were serving the food as per your order in the room and restaurant itself.
