I’ve stayed here three times when just passing through Delhi. it’s close to the airport so you don’t have to worry about taxi drivers taking you somewhere you don’t want to go. Generally, the staff are awesome. very helpful and friendly.

Two small things about this stay: my waiter at breakfast insisted that I scan a barcode to give a 5 star review on Trip Advisor. I thought that was a little presumptuous. Second, I wasn’t sure about how much to tip my hotel taxi driver so I decided to give him 100 rupees. When I did he frowned and said, “Really. just 100? You are a very rich person.” I gave him 200 more and he still didn’t seem satisfied. That was totally lame and unnecessary.

The restaurant is five stars, the staff is five stars. But: the accessible room we asked for was in a smokers section and the air was disgusting (it felt like sleeping in a ashtray) , because the neighbours were smokers, the bathroom accessible but not really pleasant, so we asked to be moved in a « normal » room, my disabled partner could manage. Their staff moved us to the last floor in a very nice room, but since it is just under the roof you can hear the noise made by the ventilation machines all night « tacka tacka tacka ». So: it’s a great hotel, the rooms are very good, but avoid the last floor and the accessible room (unless they have another one in a non-smoker section). I will undoubtedly return there because this is a great hotel!

If you book an accessible room, make sure they don’t put you in a smokers section! If you are a light sleeper don’t accept a room on the last floor, the ventilation being right over the rooms, you might need heat plugs or you’ll get a disturbed sleep.

Welcoming staff offering help when asked and needed. Staff go above and beyond providing flawless service in viva dining buffet restaurant. Food quality and choices were fantastic. My room was exceptionally clean and offered all that a 5 star hotel offers. Facilities including fitness centre had all to offer including steam room, sauna, free weights and cardio equipment, bottled water on offer throughout hotel facility, clean towels, outdoor pool and reclining deck chairs. This hotel has lush gardens surrounding the premises along with security making for a very enjoyable resort style stay. Thank you Holiday Inn Aerocity New Delhi. I can not wait to return and more than happy and proud to highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is wanting a stay in Aerocity.

Professional staff, clean an spacious rooms. Perfect location near the airport. Its a 4 star hotel chain so it feels maybe a bit sterile and anonymous but i enjoyed my stay nevertheless. The staff is professional and attentive which makes all the difference. When i was waiting at the reception desk and someone tried to queuejump they asked him friendly but firm to wait. The service staff brought me a chai for free when i didn't wanna spend 15€ for a set breakfast. Changing the room was no problem at all (the first room i had was facing towards a big construction work in front of one side of the hotel) you could hear not really much but i wanted to have a real quiete room. Overall great experience!

Didn’t really use any facilities as we only used the room for 6 hours due to our flight t8mes

Staff members promised certain services as standard and then we got charged for it , Staff members very rude to us on departure it was 3.45 am I believe it was because we challenged them . We could not take it further with management as staff told us they are busy and we just couldn’t risk missing our flight and I believe that is a tactic they use to keep people complaining personally. We just felt so badly let down and it ruined our last few hours of our wonderful holiday

Slightly disappointedd by the range of choices for breakfast. Had experienced greater range of Indian breakfast items at different hotels in the same vicinity before. The range of Western breakfast items is OK, but the Indian spectrum is not utilised to the extent as others do that; and I'm enjoying Indian food when in India.

Service at the restaurant was at times a bit too ''American''; bordering on obstrusiveness. When it feels like being asked if I wanted anything more or special between every bite, than it is a bit too much service for my taste. Others may appreciate but for me that is too much.

+ Close to the airport, but a taxi ride from T-2/T-3 will cost about 400-500Rs for prepaid taxis. Airport dropoff by hotel costs around 700 rupees. + Breakfast is very good. Both indian and continental options available. + Metro access to Delhi Metro Aerocity station on the Airport Express Line, just 300m walk. (connections to New Delhi station) + Wifi is very good. Rooms clean, safe and good value. + Staff at the hotel and restaurant very friendly and helpful.

- With so many people arriving, it is fair to expect a pickup service at the airport. It will be such a nice value addition. - They provide many bottles of water, but my suggestion would be to switch to glass bottles in the room instead of plastic, it will enforce their green credentials even more.

Staff was amazing and accomodating to all the requests. Top notch customer service. The breakfast was good and had variety. Gym was decent and the view of swimming pool was amazing. Airport is pretty close so no chance of missing your flights with 24/7 conceirge service. Housekeeping does an amzing job in cleaning and portion size for ordered food are pretty big (so another plus for food lovers). Definitely value for money!!

Soundproofing of rooms/walls could be better. You sometimes hear noises from other rooms specially at nights but nothing major or discomforting. Just some mild sounds like white noise/giggles.

Room Location

Room was OK. But some problem: AC was not cooling Water pressure very low After rain there was water dipping in the room from ceiling near window . Mosquitoes in the room. There was a big issue with your staff. They did now follow the instructions. Two incidents: There was a clear instructions prior to arrival to not to charge my bank INTL. card, because I wanted to pay from my India card. Despite the assurances given to me that I can pay from India card, my bank Muscat card was charged. I ordered tea with ginger at the restaurant, your staff serve normal tea which was very poor in taste. My wife couldn’t consume. Still I would prefer to stay with you , because my wife like your property and location is very good.
