Blue Diamond serves full breakfast with plenty of options for all tastes. The live station can make eggs to order, make dosa/uttapa/paratha etc to order. The staff at the restaurant will make you feel at home and I mean this in the nicest possible way ;) There are two more food options with Mystic Masala serving authentic Marathi (local) food and Bamboo house for Oriental. Both are very good. In general, this hotel should take pride in its staff. They simply bend backwards to serve you at all times. It's just exceptional.

The rooms can do with some upgrading. Although they have this classic charm, it's time for refurnishing because some of the other hotels nearby (Conrad, Sheraton etc) have significantly upgraded rooms and the room tariff is not that high there. However, given the outstanding service, I would prefer Blue Diamond just for their staff.

Breakfast spread was good. Staff were very courteous and eagerly waited upon us. The atmosphere and ambience in the restaurant were both excellent. Food at Mystic Masala was outstanding. The overall service was among the best we have ever experienced in our travels so far and the attention to detail needs a special mention (organising a cake for our daughter's birthday, father's day compliments and the room upgrade to mention a few)

We are accustomed to slightly larger spreads at breakfast buffets. Not a complaint but may have been good to have a wider selection. Nothing else.

The best part of the hotel was the service: consistently competent; friendly and most importantly warm. It gave the feeling of being part of a family. Of particular note, the service staff at the restaurant was outstanding--warm; pro-active and very attentive. The food in the restaurant was very good--like mom made. And the evening ambiance for a glass of wine was terrific I had a great time there. I will recommend it to all my friend and definitely return when I am next in Pune. Milind RAO

The rooms are a bit old and shabby.

This hotel has an excellent location in Pune. Near the airport and right next to the happening area of Koregaon Park. For all the Five Stars in Pune this is excellent value for money. Adequately priced from room rate to food and beverage. The staff were superb in looking after our needs. From front desk, restaurant staff to management. Cannot complain. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pune for business or leisure.

Good nice boutique type hotel. Not very fancy but good to meet all your needs. Breakfast is good though spread is limited.

Morning tea ordered in the room was served in a china ware kettle which had its lid missing. To cover the kettle a plastic Tin cover was used which is not expected from a Taj group hotel. Room service kitchen team should be questioned and warned so that this does not happen in future

The staff was very friendly in all areas, at any given time. We liked the executive suite very much, as well. Breakfast was a highlight, too. All together this stay it was a very good experience.

Check in took too long time, but it was (unexpected) compensated. The drive to the hotel (into town) and the drive out of town (to the highway) takes quite some time (Stop and Go Traffic).

From the moment I arrived I felt welcome and taken care of. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and was always full of friendly and helpful staff. The lobby Bar was great and had a big screen for the World Cup matches. Anis and Priyal always found a way to get us what we wanted. The staff bent over backwards to help.

Crossing the road outside the hotel was a challenge but also an adventure!

The high response of staff at Desk, Inc Vanisha Mankar , service staff at Breakfast time Inc Mr Babu, Chef as also staff cleaning the room , assitance staff for our luggage etc etc

The food ordered in room was stale/ low in quality / not warm etc

Service was excellent. Front office staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Prabhakar who cleaned my room daily was excellent. Breakfast was great with good choice. All in all I'll be back here someday.

Not much to complain about. They charged me twice but the refund is promised. Well see.

It was a short stay and i liked the ambiance and the room. It was well maintained property. I will look forward to stay again for longer during my next visit. Thank you for the hospitality.

The common areas could be little more well maintained. I could see there are certain places sealing was coming off which i did not expect from a 5 * property.
