I recently decided to visit the city of Pune to explore tourist attractions there. I was surprised at the amount of traffic in Pune which I didn’t expect but it had also been a long time since I last visited. Nevertheless, a great city with a good number of tourist spots to visit in and around the city too. I personally liked Aga Khan palace, Shaniwar Vada and the Japanese friendship garden. Must visit. I book a room at Hyatt for this trip and was very happy with my stay. Clean hotel, helpful staff. I must mention Bikash at front desk who was extremely patient and helpful. The housekeeping staff which had Biswajit kept my room really clean and were quick and efficient and made sure to have everything well stocked in my room. I had an issue with my pillow (too soft) and they immediately gave me 3 more with different firmness to try. Very sweet of them to do that. The restaurants are very nice and the gym and spa area is outstanding. Loved using the gym and steam everyday . Overall had a great experience and was thankful to the friendly staff for making my stay extremely comfortable.

I liked everything about the hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel located on the extremely busy Nagar Road highway. However once inside, its hard to believe it's so close to a main road. It feels like an oasis of peace and calm. Nice pool and spa, several restaurants. Lovely breakfast area with facilities to eat on the terrace. Extensive breakfast buffet with Indian, European, Chinese options and very attentive staff. Rooms were spacious, classy with stylish bathrooms. Plenty of water bottles provided.

There was nothing to criticise. Everything was just perfect for my stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was a little small, however, it had all the facilities needed and it was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. They were polite, helpful and very efficient. It was Christmas when we stayed at Hyatt. So, the team had a wonderful surprise for my 6 year old son. There was a Santa Claus coming to greet my son right from the top through the window. My son did singing and dancing with the Santa across the window, He was so so happy and delighted. Also, the hotel provided free cakes and cookies for the kids on Christmas.

The rooms are small, compact and and clean.While the staff are helpful,the billing systems are terrible and they can't seem to get it right ,be it billing for food or pre authorisation,it was a constant. There was an intent to help but there were lot of misses like asking for items during breakfast or dinner which wouldn't come .If courier was coming the default was to return the item rather than receive . But once pointed out they did try to help. Staff are helpful

Hyatt Pune is a wonderful hotel and it's the staff that make the hotel such a great place to stay. The hotel was 25 mins from the office but I liked the hotel being slightly further out and close to the airport. Breakfast: Good variety of options and enjoyed the eggs station. Spa - Great massage and used the Sauna and Steam room too Overall Facilities - The hotel is well managed and good choice of restaurants and facilities.

If I am really being picky, the cleaning staff need to be more through when cleaning the rooms. For a 5 star hotel it needs to be spotless and not always the case with the original room I was given. I paid for an upgrade which addressed the issue.

1.Nearby airport location so good for business travellers . 2.The staffs are pretty nice since reception to restaurants to housekeeping welcoming and all my requirements were taken care off. Special mention to reception guy Mr Snehal to be pretty helpful . From housekeeping supervisor Sandesh and Raja. 3.Awesome spreaded out tasty breakfast . 4.Well maintained nice calm and comforting swimming pool . 5.Room amenities were adequate and replenished everyday and even on asking for. 6.Fantastic in-house pan Asian restaurant Ban Tao , tasty food and always welcoming Miss Snehal .. The dinner there was excellent.

1.The rooms are pretty small in size with very indequate lighting . 2.Old hyatt property needs improvements. 3.Room consists of no drawers on bedside which is a thumbs down.

Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They were aware of our likes and dislikes over the period of our stay. Managers and staff at the restaurant ( eighty eight - buffet breakfast) were prompt and constantly asking about our experience. The swimming pool is very well designed and once again the staff was courteous and polite. The shower and deck area was clean and well designed and equipped with towels and lounge chairs/sofas.. Our little one thoroughly enjoyed the special attention she received from the staff. She got to fill her own form and based on the choices, they surprised us with a cupcake and cookies..

The room was rather small and compact- though it was well planned. On day one the hot water kettle was not working. I know it isn't a big deal, but one can't accept this from a 5 star property. After room service the tea and coffee were not replenished.. Which were promptly done post a request. It might sound pety, but if the English movie channels are unavailable post a couple of days- I would say they pay attention to these minor things too- once again I am saying this for the star rating of the property. There was constant maintenance happening throughout the stay in the corridors- repairs and painting. Seemed a bit strange when the passages were occupied by the maintenance team.

Great breakfast. Room was very nice. It is more spacious than other 5 star hotels with similar rate. Great room cleaning service and in room amenities.

Unnecessary charges added to my final bill. Although I was able to get them removed, it was weird that they added them. Sometimes service is very slow/Staff forgets the requests - have to give multiple reminders. The room service menu is very limited.

Initially we were put up in the standard business king room which was smaller than expected but we requested to be moved to the deluxe room and couldn’t be happier. The room and the view was amazing. We loved our stay at the hotel. The hotel staff was absolutely brilliant, super warm and welcoming and catered to all our needs. Pappu, one of the staff members was absolutely helpful and made sure our stay was relaxing.
