Everything was perfect. Room was big nice with all the modern amenities. Buffet breakfast and dinner were very much delicious. Thanks to all the chefs. Guest service and all the other treatments was quite good. Overall it's a memorable stay and will definitely visit again.

Just a suggestion for the buffet breakfast and dinner... If the size of the dessert items like cake, pastry, donut, croissant etc, can make a bit smaller, then the wastage of food can be avoided as we noticed that many people are just took one bite and wasted the rest, specially the children could not eat the full size croissant/donut etc. along with other food as they are very big.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It is the staff in this hotel that makes it a special place. Rupali Sawant went above and beyond to support me- I was unwell during my stay. A very special thank you to her. Rupali was professional, compassionate, and thoughtful at all times. Her behaviour is exactly what a guest would expect of hospitality staff. Kitchen and housekeeping staff were most helpful too. Puii and Akash were very helpful at breakfast. Harsh at reception was great at warmly welcoming me and ensuring that I was settled in well.

The bathtub was leaking and the TV did not work. Staff was sent to sort the TV out immediately, but it stopped functioning within minutes of staff leaving. I did not report the bathtub leak - there was a well functioning shower. Despite these issues, I found staff to be very responsive and professional and am sure they would have addressed the problems in a timely manner had they been raised.

Overall great experience. I must recommend Pranali guest service agent for her wonderful service and the reception team not forgetting the duty manager (sorry can't remember all names) who was nice in providing me with a late check-out option although the hotel was full house.

BF at the restaurant was so good, but lack of service due to busyness I guess. I feel the team was not prepared to serve high-occupancy situation. huge queue behind the counter. had a few shortcomings in the service and availability of plates, glasses, etc.

Staff was very courteous and welcoming catered to every need and query. Rooms were clean with a stacked mini bar. Room service/requests were promptly catered to. Breakfast spread wasn't very elaborate but had the right varieties for a fulfilling start to the morning. Amenities like the 24x7 gym is really useful. Piano sessions in the weekend evenings are a bonus. In house restraunts have a good variety and quality of food is good.

The curtains weren't touch controlled and bathtubs could use a caddy tray. There wasn't a handshower in the shower cubicle, just an overhead one. Housekeeping could be a bit more meticulous at cleaning the washroom floors. Small portable speakers could be allowed in.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We received a very good service from the reception who answered all our queries and booked everything we needed. Because we had a small child with us room service staff were very supportive. They provided extra towels and were very patient when we asked for them to come at a later time. The room was clean and when we were in the room was saw they vacuumed and wiped the floors well. Although a bit dated the appliances in the apartment worked well. The location was also great 5min taxi from a big shopping centre. The hotel also has a recreation area which was great for the kids.

The hotel has a roof playground with slides and a merry go round. The only issue was due to the pollution and age the equipment was very dirty (being outside). If they refurbished the roof area it would be great for families.

Very nice, clean property. Staff was very hospitable and courteous.

Had very bad experience during breakfast. Breakfast spread was good. issue was lack of space and number of people serving, may be because some marriage group too was staying. Marriage groups should have alternate space for breakfast as there was chaos due to large group and people were roaming around in inappropriate clothing as well. that was very uncomfortable for rest of the guests.

Breakfast spread was very good with multiple Indian (Maharashtrian and Gujrati) , Continental and Asian options. The staff was courteous and service was amazing. This was 3rd visit to this place and will definitely come back. We are always delighted to go back rejuvenated to our home.

Location is little far away from Mumbai - Pune expressway. Thanks to Pune traffic that increases the travel time ten fold. Nevertheless the stay was excellent and no complaints with it.

This must be one of the most luxurious hotels in Pune. Staff wait on you constantly. I felt like lesser nobility. Facade, entrance and rooms all beautiful. Delicious food buffet. Small but excellent pool with pool service. Felt like wonderful value coming from the US. Treat yourself!

As someone who came partly for tourism, I think the front desk could have benefitted from more information on tourist activities in Pune. I am in the minority of travellers.

the washroom setup and the facilities in the suite room could have been better. I stayed in two different room category as I had to extend my stay and definitely the suite room facilities wasn't at per with Hyatt standard
