I liked the ambience of the hotel lobby, restaurant and bar. the staff were friendly and gave excellent service.

the bath towels have stains on them. the power sockets in the work table wasn’t working.

The location was easy to find. The staff were courteous. The food was fantastic. The Great Kabab Factory Restaurant served the best starters and the head chef Zameer Ahmed was very good. In general, the staff were very kind and welcoming.

The gym area in the 7th floor could use some ventilation or air purification. Facilities were good.

I enjoyed the whole aspect of my visit and the hotel - totally recommend it. Room was clean and kept clean, bed very comfortable, hotel located in a nice area, very quiet at sleep time. Bathroom was excellent.

My sole frustration was the cost of the hotels transfer back to Mumbai airport - which was almost three times the amount I paid at the airport to transfer from Mumbai to Pune and twice the cost of my two night stay, which left a very sour taste in the mouth. The car used was akin to a mobile skip and nothing near any level to justify the massive charge.

Breakfast... wow... amazing... 10 points... food selection was excellent... staff go above and beyond... Spa - best Swedish massage I ever had... an overall great experience... highly recommended. would I go back to the hotel... without a doubt...

The quotes from in-house taxi prices... I think they were way over the top... we arranged our taxis. A littele of a communication issue at the spa... but all good

I asked if there's smoked Salmon served for breakfast, but there's none. Susmita served me my smoked salmon on my breakfast table the following day and my 622 room had a distinct smell and fixed the problem right away as I went up after breakfast. Room service / global food selection was satisfying too. The Tattva deep tissue massage with steam sauna was the perfect night before my event. My 4 days and 3 nights stay was very comfortable. The staff are courteous, respectful and they really made my stay safe and stress free.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly, kind and helpful. The room was comfortable, the cleaning staff did their job very good. The breakfast staff was excellent, very helpful and accommodating for specific requests and very professional. The hotel is extremely safe and pleasant to stay in. I fully recommend this hotel and will stay again for any future trips in Pune.

The room is clean, but has not been deep cleaned (if you look really in corners and the carpet you will find some specks of dirt), however this is true for most hotels around the world.

Large, well appointed room with a decent bathroom and toiletries. Comfortable mattress, adequate furniture, lighting etc. Great quality breakfast options are available to suit all tastes. Quite decent options for lunch/dinner. Great location being close to the airport as well as conveniently located for various needs.

Need to increase staff at Check-in and check-out counters as it takes quite a long wait. Speciality restaurant for Indian Kebabs etc needs to offer on a-la-carte basis as only set meals are not practical. Buffet servings quality could improve in the coffee shop/restaurant.

The location and the view was nice and also a friendly team was serving the neighbourhood is full of Shops and very short time to reach Phoenix mall and airport overall was brilliant only the food could be better but no big concern.

Elivetor access by room access is annoying special it hung a lot, also food is good but could be better considering the amount of spices 😉

The room was beautiful and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The real showstopper of this hotel is the breakfast, truly a 5 star expierence. So many options of warm and cold dishes and all the food was frsh and tasted amazing. Unfortunately we had to leave very early for attending a wedding but I definitely recommend this hotel just for the breakfast alone!

- The front desk staffs were icy cold and not welcoming during check in - Initially before booking this hotel, we intended to hold our wedding reception here but the event team didn't seem to be interested to explain or provide information. Very arrogant event/sales team! Eventually we had our wedding reception at Fairfield by Marriot who are more professional in all aspect!
